Carrie was a wonderful girl who helped me when I left one of my purchases at the counter I had left. She was attentive and courteous. Not my experience with the other girls when I asked for help. The other girls were too busy gossiping. Give Carrie a raise!!!!!!

I had to replace my t mobile phone unexpectedly I live right behind this store never even knew they were there I was able to find what I needed easy and at a great price fast friendly staff thank you

I have not been lied to many times by any store manager. However at this location I was lied to multiple times with three employees talking just to me. A walk through of my first visit to this location. I walk in the door it is clean and well organized. I am greated by a cheerful woman who is on the far register while she dose not have anyone in line. "At this point im thinking sweet this place is looking great and has happy employees.) So i go get a few items and go to the lady who said hello to me I asked her if she could price match an item for me from one of the listed competitors (game stop) she informed me she couldn't but they could at customer service. I say ok thank you and walk over. First I ask if they can price match multiple items if they are different and she replies yes so I run over and grab a few more items i noticed were on sale and come back. She smiles and says who are you price matching? I reply with game stop... We don't price match them. Oh really it says you do online right here. (Hands her my phone) She then says oh I didn't know that. She then tells me I can't use my phone to display ads... I then say thats strange it says here you can can i see a written copy of the policy? She says I'll ask my coworker she walks over whispers to her then they both come back telling me they can't do it. So I asked to talk to a manger about it. The manger shows up just before she is ending her shift... She asks what the situation is and her employees give this explanation that I am being rude and won't listen to them. I explain my stide and she grabs the printed version of the policy. I point out all of the things I had said. She goes your right but it also says the manger can refuse matches... And you guessed it after just wanting to spoken truthfully about the policy she just refuses because I was rude to her employees... I never once raised my voice and was calmly asking questions (at customer service it is kind of their job). In ending thanks to the lady on the register you were sweet but I will never be going here again after being lied to over and over and treated like I was the worst customer of their lives. Side note this upseted me so much I made this account for the soul purpose of posting this terrible experience.
