Your sales associate, Candy. Most people dont seem happy to be at work or be happy to help other people. Candy went more than above and beyond to help me!! I cannot believe that this great of customer service still exists!! Thank you so much, Candy. I will never forget my experience with you at Target!!!

TERRIBLE. Bought what I thought was a new $109 router. Went home spent an hour trying to set it up. The passwords did NOT work. Called customer service in Timbuktu for another hour to find out that the router is USED and I have to send them proof of purchase so that they can change to my name. Ridiculous! Taking it back in the morning.

They never have inventory on what it shows online. When you ask, people are clueless. Employees don't offer assistance and just walk past you. In my opinion, this shows that there is poor management skills at this location. Don't waste your time here.

Today after shopping for an hour, upon checking out the system went completely down. They could not checkout customer. We waited for 30 minutes for the system and still nothing. The employees were being so amazing even with all the stress. Offering drinks to us waiting. I ended up shopping online and doing in store pick up. The gal that fills those oderes hustled and got me checked out. Good Job employees and good luck with the rest of the day.

I don't like shopping at Walmart, I really don't, but when Target doesn't stock basic items what choice do I have? Online only, but I need the things today. Now I know better for next time to just skip Target altogether.

I order two chairs online for pickup in store. I received notification it was ready for pick up and when I got there they couldn’t find the order. They only had one of the two

Easy to find items the ones I was looking for. How ever when I went to pay at the self serve cashier, I had to wait for an attendant because I was paying cash. He was busy helping another customer. There is technology available that allows you to pay cash without have to wait for someone. install it. this will make me think twice before going to target again.

Given the wrong order at pickup. Gave our name & still handed the wrong bag, got to realize this when getting home. Clearly cannot trust they will listen or give correct item. We live an hour away from the store. Going back to return the wrong item for the right one after ordering online for pickup at store will not be an easy thing to do. This puts not only us, but also another customer out of their ordered item.

Love this place for low priced holiday decorations.

Carrie was a wonderful girl who helped me when I left one of my purchases at the counter I had left. She was attentive and courteous. Not my experience with the other girls when I asked for help. The other girls were too busy gossiping. Give Carrie a raise!!!!!!

Why do I love Target? It’s Target! Duh!! What’s not to love? The only downside is that you never come out with just what you intended to buy. The online pick up is great, but I still get sucked in! Lol. Target has everything I need and want!

Just one cashier... Everyone is expected to self checkout. If I wanted to check myself out I would shop online at Amazon. one customer left because they did not want to self check out and the only cashier had a large load already in line. she was shaking and you guys probably lost a customer for life.. sad just to sav a buck. everything I bought is on Amazon if you want to be like Walmart then change your name. if you do not have 5 lines open then there should not be a line.

Usually have good experiences at Target. However, we drove down from Logan because they had an item in stock. When we got to the store a sales worker said they had the item in the store but would not be able to help us find it. Didn't even bother checking the back. Felt like more could have been done to help us find the item.

This is my favorite location. They’re always nice and helpful. There’s one younger boy specifically at checkout that is always so happy and so kind to my daughter. I appreciate the great service gete

We usually come to this target because it’s close to home! The store is usually very clean, they have a lot of options when it comes to every single item. When it comes to toys, this is the spot to go! Christmas shopping was made easy when I took a trip to target.

It was super convenient and easy for me. I’m a stay at home mom with 2 babies and one of them has a really hard time going out public, he has special needs, and gets over stimulated fast being around tons of people and crowds. So to be able to order what I wanted and needed off the Target app, pay for it no the app and just walk in and show my ID to guest services and they give me my order. Takes so much stress and anxiety off of myself, my husband, my other baby, and definitely my baby with special needs. Plus the lady at guest services was super sweet to myself and both my babies and I really appreciated that! We ended up walking around for a few minutes since it wasn’t super busy, it was very pleasant, and calm and relaxing to be able to do that with my family.

It's a nice store, clean, friendly staff, my only complaint is the grocery department, especially the dairy, I seen Milk that was a week past the best buy date, and cottage cheese was about to expire, you need to be careful and look at dates.

They have a good parking lot. The location is very convenient with other stores and restaurants around. There was a lot of cute stuff in the store and a good pharmacy service. They also have a Starbucks, which had a lot of space and tables. On the day I went, there were a lot of birds outside the store.

Clean, well organized store. That's really important to me when I go out for shopping. Pharmacy staff is friendly and courteous. Prices are identical to wal-mart. Toy prices are compatible with amazon. So why not shop at target.

I always enjoy shopping here plus the store is clean and organized. The registers are usually open and very quick to get people through. If you search for good deals you’ll find them.

I have not been lied to many times by any store manager. However at this location I was lied to multiple times with three employees talking just to me. A walk through of my first visit to this location. I walk in the door it is clean and well organized. I am greated by a cheerful woman who is on the far register while she dose not have anyone in line. "At this point im thinking sweet this place is looking great and has happy employees.) So i go get a few items and go to the lady who said hello to me I asked her if she could price match an item for me from one of the listed competitors (game stop) she informed me she couldn't but they could at customer service. I say ok thank you and walk over. First I ask if they can price match multiple items if they are different and she replies yes so I run over and grab a few more items i noticed were on sale and come back. She smiles and says who are you price matching? I reply with game stop... We don't price match them. Oh really it says you do online right here. (Hands her my phone) She then says oh I didn't know that. She then tells me I can't use my phone to display ads... I then say thats strange it says here you can can i see a written copy of the policy? She says I'll ask my coworker she walks over whispers to her then they both come back telling me they can't do it. So I asked to talk to a manger about it. The manger shows up just before she is ending her shift... She asks what the situation is and her employees give this explanation that I am being rude and won't listen to them. I explain my stide and she grabs the printed version of the policy. I point out all of the things I had said. She goes your right but it also says the manger can refuse matches... And you guessed it after just wanting to spoken truthfully about the policy she just refuses because I was rude to her employees... I never once raised my voice and was calmly asking questions (at customer service it is kind of their job). In ending thanks to the lady on the register you were sweet but I will never be going here again after being lied to over and over and treated like I was the worst customer of their lives. Side note this upseted me so much I made this account for the soul purpose of posting this terrible experience.

There is a Target in West Valley, indeed. It's not even the third-closest Target to me, but I'm almost certain that I visited here before almost anyone else. No, I wasn't camped outside before the grand opening--I actually hung out at this Target before it ever opened. It's a long story full of construction history, but long story short, I got to see this before it opened. Now that it's open (for several years now, really) it's still a nice store. They had plenty of real estate, so obviously it's much larger than that teeny SLC store. I like the location well enough, though as I mentioned it's just too far from me to be a regular haunt. Target, in general, does a lot of things well. Lately I've been digging on their school supply/home office stuff. The home office section has always been dicey in the way of supplies, but things like journals or paper are okay. They're definitely more well-suited to furnish your office than stock the drawers. But for nicer, non-industrial stuff it's been a fun stop as of late.

Best barista I've encountered so far, very friendly and paid attention to detail. I will come back to this Starbucks over and over again. It was close to closing and he still made us pumpkin chocolate chip samples. Come meet Brendan!!

Worst store manager ever! I will gladly drive farther to the Jordan Landing Target then 5 minutes away from my house to go to this Target. The store manager was extremely rude. Jordan Landing Target is so much friendly.

Horrible.. They need better employees, specially for the Starbucks. I walked there to get a coffee and the young lady working told me they closed at 9pm, and it was still 8:50pm. Still wouldn't ring me up and told me to walk to Starbucks around the corner.. 3.6 miles away.

This is my favorite target by far! Always nice to visit and find some great deals. I just moved out and didn't know where to find some of the stuff I needed for my kitchen, so I asked an associate (I don't remember her name, sorry) where to find the ice cube trays and she looked them up and had me on my way. It was really nice. I also bought some salt and pepper shakers and my cashier, Patrick, was very kind to wrap them up in paper for me. He really went above and beyond with taking care of the stuff I bought. Thank you Target!

Love Target. I really like the area this one is in, plenty of places to eat, there's a hotel. So it's a nice stop to shop for an out of towner that's staying close by picking up some essentials :)

Who doesn't love Target? The people here are beautiful and beauty may be a different definition for each of you but beauty to me, simply put is not walking into a store with your pajamas on...( cough* WALMART.) Target groceries are more expensive but I'll gladly pay the price to avoid the creepers I come across at Walmart. I can appreciate the cleanliness here and everything is always in order and if there is anything out of stock, they order it for you for free and knock off 10 percent. Sweet! I bought a couple end table lamps and they look so nice and add such a clean and simple touch to my living room. I have yet to buy any more furniture here other than lamps but the quality has yet to upset me. Don't wear red and tan khakis here or you'll get weird looks and people will assume you work here. I walked up to someone who looked like they were reorganizing towels and after asking him where the outdoor furniture was he awkwardly looked at me and quietly said -" I don't work here..." Lol. He was nice nonetheless :)

Good thing there is target here. Clean and tidy. Workers are great but except for this one worker that announces she is on break and she refuses to assist me. I think they should change their shirt or something when on break and walking around the store with name tags on. She even said sorry that she couldnt help me on her break time and it would be a waste of her time to assist someone when she is off the clock... and that i should ask someone else. Weird. I defintely love this store and would come here ten times more thAn walmart.
