We have gotten propane from here for years. The last several months we have rented both a truck and vans. I'm baffled by some of the reviews because I feel like the customer service has been pretty amazing. I don't expect to feel cared for when renting a vehicle or returning boxes but I did!

They were incredibly helpful when we realized my husband could not drive the vehicle comfortably and provided us with a different one. They saved our day. When we returned the person who helped us was equally helpful and kind.

I came here to get a hitch put on because it was the uhaul with the soonest available appointments. Maybe I should have taken that as a sign? The staff was nice, but the hitch that is supposed to be designed for my car (purchased through uhaul website) doesn’t fit quite right. After I drove away I heard rattling/rumbling coming from the back of my car. I took it back because I wasn’t sure what it was and wanted to have it looked at. The technician informed me that my muffler was hitting the hitch so he put a “spacer” back there to fix the rattling problem. The said spacer did eliminate the problem for about two minutes, long enough for me to drive far enough away that it was a hassle to go back. The technician had told me that if the problem persisted I would have to take it somewhere else to get it fixed.As I wasn’t happy with their customer service, I did take it somewhere else. Turns out the spacer was a small quarter inch piece of foam taped to my muffler which didn’t fix anything AND could potentially have been a fire hazard. I would have liked to see uhaul take more accountability for the issue, when I pay that much money for the hitch and labor/install, I expect it to work and for it to be worth my time and money. I will not be going back, nor will I recommend this location for hitch installs.

If I could 0 stars I would. This U-Haul Location is awful!!! Moving is stressful enough without this jerk adding to it. I requested pick up from this location over 2 weeks ago. When I called to update my reservation time they informed me the closest location with a truck that size is in Ogden. He said "What do you want me to do all my other trucks are reserved".... It turns out he was misinforming me about the truck availability after having me in tears. I finally go ahold of a u-haul rep and they were far more helpful and found me a significantly closer location. Save yourself some trouble and don't use this location for your moving needs. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!

Brooklyn is so sweet, she has a great attitude, and she deserves a raise if you ask me. I couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience, I’m going to try and use this location every time I need a truck!

Worst experience ever and Iwas just getting propane! Rang the bell outside, another customer waiting also went inside to grab the attendant. The employee stopped his way out angrily and ripped the ring button off the board. Most awkward situation ever, unfriendly. Won't be back.

I was provided one set of information at the checkout and when I disputed it based on what your clerk told us…. I was left a message down talking about how we had misunderstood etc.. I clearly asked the gentleman “the first 50miles are still free righ”t and was told “right, you don’t have to pay until after that.” Your reply that what was meant or we misunderstood etc is nothing more than clear semantics. This game that was played is what I’ll remember of my rental.

This is a very busy location and sometimes you have to wait but they always do things right for me and for the other customers too. I will always go to this location even if I have to wait a bit because they run like a well oiled machine.

There was a guy, he was some kind of a manager I think-super friendly and helpful to everyone! However I was stuck with this guy who was not nearly as friendly. He seemed like he was just there for the paycheck and was unhappy. But everything else was good just as expected. The equipment was good and clean and the store was clean. The truck I used did have a heavy cigarette smell inside the van which says more for the customer previous to me. I appreciated that the truck size I needed was available immediately.

The white tanned guy in sunglasses is rude, customer service skills sucked, and a he was j**** I was just picking up moving boxes to pack my things. I stood there a while and he was just ignoring me. If you were busy at least let us know. Stood there about 7 minutes. Thankfully the older Hispanic gentleman was kind and great at helping us. I don’t recommend this U haul location at all.

I called the other day to make a reservation, UHaul automated voicemail, asked if I wanted a call back, I pushed 1 for yes.... Few minutes later I received the call back... I answered and waited for someone to come on line... but NO that didn't happen... they just hung up on me , now reading all the reviews on here about your service... WHY DO YOU PEOPLE STILL WORK THERE IF THIS IS HOW YOU TREAT & SERVE CUSTOMERS??? I just hope UHaul Managements are reading customers reviews up here.

I called to extend my reservation and was quoted an amount u til 4pm. I asked the agent to hold while i transferred the money and he hung up. So I called back no more than 2 min later and spoke with a different agent and he quotes me double for a 4pm drop off. Whe. I told him the amount I was quoted just a moment prior was half the price he told me the same basic response that companies like giving these days "sorry they told you that it was wrong." When I told him that it was ridiculous that the price doubled in just 2 min and that they need to do better with training his response was "im not responsible for training im only responsible for me." Last I checked both are Uhaul employees. If one fails you all fail. If I would have booked it at the lower price and turned in the truck at the 4pm time I would have been charged all kinds of fees for THEIR mistake and of course I would have received the same response. STOP SCREWING OVER CUSTOMERS! They are the ones that keep you in business. Take accountability and take care of your customers.
