the hosts (Kai and Hispanic mixed guy and Hispanic girl with glasses) did really HORRIBLE jobs. They choose who the want to greet (Kai only greeted whites, Hispanic guy only greeted Hispanics in Spanish) and I had to cut them off and tell them we were there and no one greeted us or asked how many in our party. I hope if you’re not Hispanic or white, that you’ll stick up for yourself and tell them they’re RACIST! Lucky I was with all my kids I didn’t make a scene. But next time I won’t be so nice.

My bf & I have been coming here for a long time. Good food nice portions. Great customer service. We love coming in the week days. Once in awhile we come on the weekends. Plus I got One of my favorite necklace from here.

The individuals serving today (03/01/2024) where filled with food congress and cheers. I appreciate severs who are attentive to their customers, Cassie and the other 2 ladies serving made it a enjoyable experience at Village Inn on 35 South 48 West in West Valley City Utah. Keep up the good job and vibes ladies???

My husband and I love going out for breakfast. We were contemplating on where to go and a few minutes after walking through Village Inn doors we were so glad we picked here! Amazing friendly service, fast with drinks and food and the food tasted surprisingly REALLY good! Surprisingly because it came out quicker than we usually have to wait at other places. We didn't have a chance to look at each other and say how long it's taking. We left very full and happy.

Waitress (long blonde hair) asked us three times in apx two minutes if we were ready to order, I needed a minute as I'd never been there before so asked for a minute. She brought my coffee when it was done, dropped it and left. She never came back, even after we flagged her down and saying she'd be there in a minute. We were there for over a half hour and never got to order food. We got up and left, the host did not make us pay for our coffee so that is the one star. Won't go back. She was also loudly rude to coworkers in the restaurant area. Very uncalled for, ruined the atmosphere as well.

Jen made my experience amazing. I was a little upset at the service but when I mentioned it to Jen she immediately started doing everything in her power to make sure I was happy before leaving! More people need to be like her :)

We order pick up my lady gets all way home they didn't have all our food and she drove all way back and this what they gave her . The food is bland and they just throw together not ordering here
