AVOID THIS LOCATION. They need to staff up. Their drive-through is ALWAYS closed (probably because they don't have the staff to man it). Inside the line is always long and not even half of the teller windows are being used, so it moves so slowly. Nobody looks happy, customers included since they have probably been waiting forever. Its so busy and looks to do a ton of business so I dont know why they can't hire more staff.

The guy who works at the teller is rude and attitude. You can feel the unhelpful dishonest behavior from him.He doesn't try to help with my concern or tell me what to do in order to get the process done.I understand you are busy but we all there need to get things done. The supervisor in this location has to train their staff well. Everything seems like a mess. The line, the safe lock doors open, the attitude

I tried to cash a check at Wells Fargo, endorsed to me by a refugee. This individual couldn't access their funds due to Wells Fargo's ridiculously stringent ID requirements. While they had an Afghan ID and photos of their passport (held by the government), the bank, in all its bureaucratic glory, turned us down. I pointed out their dire situation, with a pregnant spouse to provide for, but Wells Fargo, via their so-called "Relationship Banker", Bryan Rodriguez, couldn't be bothered. His cold response was more than just a simple refusal - it was a blatant disregard for humanity. We found a solution elsewhere, but the experience left a bitter taste. When bureaucratic procedures blind you to basic human decency, it's time for a reality check. Bryan, "Relationship" in your title seems a cruel irony. Your empathy tank appears to be on empty.

If I could give zero stars I would. This lady who works there, an elderly lady, if not I'm wrong, Colombian, she is very rude and has a very bad way of serving people! She is arrogant and poorly educated.

The bankers at this wells Fargo are so rude. I've been with wells Fargo for 15 years and I've never been treated so with so much disrespect. They have no right to touch peoples personal belongs.

The wait time for your drive thru is ridiculous! And the light for for lane 3 doesn't work.

They close the drive thru well before they close. What an inconvenience!

Came here at 9:30 to update some personal information and get updated paperwork printed out with a banker. Upon entering I noticed there were people ahead of me so I sat and waited. The lady sitting at this desk came up and asked why I was here. I told her I needed to update the employer section of my visit summary because I needed the paperwork for an appointment coming up. She proceeded to tell me that she cannot do that because the after visit summary is given after making an account. I asked her if this information is stored on my account and she says “well maybe but there’s 4 appointments ahead of you.” I told her I could wait. She proceeded to tell me that “I can go online to update the information.” This is not the first time I have had a bad experience with her. I proceeded to leave and called an online Wells Fargo banker. They told me it IS possible to change that information and only in person bankers could do that. I went back inside and was greeted by a different banker Fabien He told me Saturday’s are appointment based only and if I wanted to I could be placed on a waitlist in case an appointment didn’t show up. I ended up waiting for a no show. He told me that it’s a fairly easy fix and if I would be willing to wait after hours for him since he is currently helping someone. He also confirmed that this is NOT something that I can fix on my end.I have been lied to by his fellow female colleague. She did not want to help me in any way whatsoever. She could have told me to make an appointment for another day or I could be placed on the waitlist. Instead she proceeded to say she cannot help me and it isn’t possible to change my employer. While waiting for another banker she proceeded to approach others in the lobby and ask other guests what they needed and helped them and didn’t acknowledge me until they were closing saying her colleague will be with me soon…

Why would someone other than a person who has had their mortgage moved to Wells Fargo thru a bank buyout do any business with this bank. The tellers are rude and it takes forever to make a payment. No drive thru business because the building was so poorly designed that there was a traffic jam.( story they told me) I don't think that is the real reason. Pray that your mortgage is not bought out by this bank because this bank has customer service on the scale of negative 10. When my mortgage is payed, I will never have to walk into this bank again. Hurray!

Waited more than 1 hour to be in line to open a new account. After 36 minutes from checking in, then a counter person said that they are booked for the day. Ridiculously lack of customer service and it seems racist.

Horrible branch. I made an appointment online to talk to somebody to do a first time wire transfer because apparently you can’t do that if you haven’t done it before online. I get there before my appointment there’s 10 people in line and two different lines and only two tellers working nobody else was in there aside from people waiting to be helped. There was one longer line one shorter line and they kept pulling people from the short line with no direction of anything. No consideration for anyone’s time.waited for 15 minutes and this is horrible horrible customer service.
