We had a bottle drive for our Town's library. George, Billy & Josh counted over 15 THOUSAND bottles/cans in 2 loads!
Never once complaining, even opened a bit early for us to start the process
We did tip the guys for their hard work. Truly appreciated the help!

Poorly ran Management is horrible, screaming and swearing at employees which is unprofessional, Guys out back for the cans are drinking on the clock which is illegal. This buisness has been breaking many Vermont state laws. This business needs its Alcohol license revoked. Who ever own this buisness clearly has no idea what they are doing and putting some of the most unprofessional people I've seen as management

Redemption is frustrating as I can see I'm being ripped off when the man counting my returnables is grabbing 5 at a time, 6 at a time, 7 at a time. Just random grabs of returnables without writing anything down and then at the end come up with an amount that is beyond way off. What does one do? No arguing with them or even a discussion as it's pointless. So they just continually rip people off. I wish there was another place to go. It's a shame the redemption just can't be honest and give people what they are owed. They should be fined when the amount of bottles to money they hand out doesn't add up. Just a shame they can't just take the time and count correctly.

Just bought a 12 pack for a party, I'm not a beer drinker...realizing I bought a cheap beer I turned around to exchange it, only to be denied to exchange for something more expensive.
Gave the 12 pack to a lucky customer outside. That was the lamest experience, poor customer appreciation

Stopped by to see if they had any Smithwick's Ale to get me through St. Patrick's Day.. found out that it's no longer available in VT, but they DID have a couple of 6-packs of my FAVORITE domestic.. OLD BROWN DOG by Smuttynose Brewing in Portsmouth, NH.. They now have 12 cans LESS than they did when I arrived..?

Seriously the nicest people in town. You won't find cashiers that treat you with more respect. Their bottle room is accurate crazy accurate. And not to mention this but they're super clean. For a liquor store all of their bottles are cleaned and don't have dust on them. That takes time patience and dedication by the employees and the management staff. You might find a bottle two or three with some dust on it in there but for the most part it's super clean and even the bathrooms are kept up to a super clean standard
