Really great experience with Stephen Edwards! I would highly recommend him. My wife and I have had several bad car-shopping experiences recently, and we braced ourselves for another. Stephen was so easy, friendly, and accommodating. No hassle and no pressure, just direct and factual. We were so impressed. Jeff in Finance was great, too. I'm not a fan of car dealerships in general, but Stephen made our whole experience worth repeating. Highly recommend him.

The salesperson I dealt with at Coggins Honda of Bennington when I leased my 2025 Honda Civic two weeks ago was Thomas Dandrow. He explained the features of the car and each aspect of our agreement clearly, and he made the entire process enjoyable. The time passed quickly, and my son and I left the dealership in our new vehicle.

Jeff Cameron and Steve Edwards. These two men went above and beyond the level of professionalism and customer service I have ever experienced in the auto dealer industry.
This was my 5th time buying a car, my 2nd Honda. After a tragic accident 6 weeks ago in my 2023 Ridgeline, I knew Honda was the safest vehicle to choose from. The whole process was long and complicated; not to any fault with Coggins, but they stuck with me from beginning to a successful end and I would love to recommend them to anyone in the market. Steve and Jeff, you are amazing and I will be thankful for you for all of my days!!
Steve, I am so grateful for your patience, determination and commitment from the first day (10/31/2025) to the last (11/4/2025). Your kindness, empathy and compassion throughout all of the hurdles of this process gave me the calmness, strength and preservation to know I had a teammate with me, working to help me, expressing a genuine calling to do what is right for the customer, not the commission. As someone who is a caregiver by nature and takes great pride in my customer service performance, it was profoundly inspiring to have the support and guidance through this, by someone who held the same level of integrity. Being from a military background, and new to Bennington, I must say I have never felt more like I belong.

Thomas Dandrow demonstrated great knowledge about available inventory, and details about the same. He was immediately able to come up with an alternate solution to my desires concerning a vehicle of interest that was sold prior to me visiting the showroom. A used Ford Maverick truck was his recommendation for me. He was able to answer all of my questions concerning the vehicle, and we took a question filled test drive. I did purchase that vehicle. Having both good and bad car salespeople over the course of my over 50 years of owning both used and new vehicles, I found Thomas to be personable, professional, and not pushy. That was very refreshing to me, as I have walked away from many salespeople. I would strongly recommend potential purchasers to seek out Thomas.

I feel that this car dealership treats people like no other. Besides the positive environment and the wide variety of options, you are also met with an incredible personalized experience. The people here are nice, jokeful, and yet still serious when the time requires it to be. They gave us a couple of great options for cars based on our personalized preferences and were given as much time as we needed to make our final decision. Also, there was no influencing in any way to get a more expensive car; they simply let us choose the best car for us and let it be. We were able to sign everything right after we made our decision and had everything wrapped up in no time. If I had to recommend anybody it would have to be Devin, he was a very positive person to be around and overall made the experience here much better than I thought it would be. Overall, if I could describe the experience here in one word, I would say positive, and what would normally be a hassle is not at all. 5 stars for sure...

My experience with Coggins Honda of Bennington was very pleasant and positive from introduction to point of sale. Devin was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. In past experiences, I have been pushed by salespeople through the process, carousing me to feel rushed or pressured, and that's always caused me to walk away. Devin was the opposite. He and the crew at Coggins did everything they could do to help me get into a vehicle I wanted while sticking to my target budget, and I am very thankful. It has been a great experience with everyone who worked hard to help me through what is most often an annoying process. Seth and Aidan were both also exceptionally helpful and pleasant, and I highly recommend Coggins to anyone who is looking for a new or pre- owned vehicle at a reasonable price. The whole team is great, and I will be back.

We Just bought a 2025 Honda Crv Hybrid from Coggins Honda in Bennington and we are so happy we chose this dealership.
Steve was our salesman and he was amazing, honest and not pushy. He worked with us, explained and answered all questions we had.
The dealership is 3 hrs away from us and we are glad we made the trip. All worth it.
