If there were more than 5 stars available I would give them. Brian is the most trusted mechanic I have ever worked with and at the time I needed his services, I didn't even know him. My daughter's car broke down on the way home for Thanksgiving. I knew of no mechanics in her area. I was lucky enough to contact Brian. He went out of his way to squeeze her in that day and get her home on time. I was a stranger to him and he talked to me like we were friends from back in the day. He even called that night to make sure my daughter made it home safely. What an amazing guy!!Service: Auto engine tuning

Brian’s auto is by far the best mechanic I have ever been to! All of the staff are incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. They are very honest and don’t over charge. I’ve been to them many times for tire changes and repairs. Most recently, they fit me in for a minor issue and fixed it right away!! I'm so happy that I happened to stumble across Brian's Auto. I began using them last year simply due to their location, and it's has been the absolute best. Brian takes the time to actually explain things properly, but what I truly value him for is his honesty. He will tell things to you straight, and I have never left wondering if I'm being overcharged, or didn't need something done. I have the utmost trust for him and his team. Brian and Jenn were both helpful and reassuring. I went to the Volkswagen dealership for an inspection and they quoted me $5k for repairs. Frustrated I called Jenn and she reassured me and got me scheduled. They were busy so I was scheduled a couple weeks out, but it was worth the wait.Brian and Jenn helped me understand which repairs to prioritize and they gave me an idea of what I might expect down the line. They performed the repairs I decided to have done at fractions of the cost VW wanted.Brian's Auto saved me thousands.There was another time Brian's team made a mistake on my car. This was my second time going to Brian's for an oil change. I had several other concerns about my car that I wanted them to check out too. I had a friend drop off the car with some notes that I wrote down about the issues the car was facing. They called me a few hours later after looking at the car and talked through all the concerns I had. They were incredibly thorough and addressed everything that I wrote down. They even bumped down the price for me! I cannot recommend Brian's enough! 5+ stars!Services: Auto maintenance

Do yourself a favor and make Brian's your go-to shop. Took my car here a few months ago to investigate a strange noise as I was scared it was transmission related. I didn't have an appointment but it was taken right in because of my concerns. Turns out a local VIP tire I got my inspection repairs incorrectly welded the incorrect pipe under my car to fix a leak! Brian came to my rescue, had the proper flex pipe welded on (at a great price too!), and even called VIP to have them refund me for the improper repair. Pretty much everybody in the NNE knows and loves Brian. He clearly has a gold mine. The cost of a tire changeover was $70 for the 20 minutes it takes them.... OK, I get that. Then last fall the price went up to $105, 50% increase. Not so OK, but what choice do you have when they hand you the bill? This spring they charged me $122. So now it's $250 a year for 40 minutes of their time and the hassle of dropping and picking up your car at their uber busy establishment. Now it costs less at the Ford dealership to get a tire changeover & they will shuttle you home or you can wait in a nice waiting room...but I'm done with tire changeovers for my AWD because of the ridiculous cost plus the hassle, and realize I will be less safe in the winter. Meh..

This automotive business makes me feel like family. I completely trust their knowledge and skills with my 1995 truck. Brian also never patronizes when he's talking to you -- as a woman, this can sometimes be hard to find in this industry. Beyond grateful for this business, I will continue going here when I move to Huntington.

Stopped by here for a second opinion and I'm happy I did. Brian, the owner, was friendly and straightforward and Brian the mechanic was helpful and answered some questions outside of the issue that I had brought the car in for, which I appreciated. Based on my experience, these guys are knowledgeable, friendly and fair.
