Only shop in VT i’ll trust with big work on my 87 Vanagon. Noah is truly the nicest guy ever and has a wealth of knowledge and experience with older VWs. Jake is also a super awesome dude with a serious passion for diesel/tdi vanagons and tons of knowledge. This shop is the real deal, and is even better now with Graham on board handling back end stuff. I take work I could do myself there because I trust them to execute with an even higher level of attention to detail that I would. Can’t recommend enough!!

Hats off to Noah and Graham for helping out so quickly. My vans water pump went during a road trip and they got parts promptly and had my van back on the road within a day. Knowledgeable nice guys all around.

Noah and the crew at Craig's did a full engine swap on a 1984 Vanagon and they did an incredible job. Every thing was super clean and professional, they were easy to communicate with and a year later they are still answering tech support questions by phone. Highly recommend for your vintage VW needs!Service: Engine repair

If you are looking for a great, honest VW repair Shop Graig's VW repair is the place to go. I can't say enough great stuff about Noah. He does a great job, honest about his repair, good natured... I just wish he would work on my other cars...

I never write reviews but I read them all the time so I probably should take a second to write one once in a while. If you have old Volkswagen you probably know of these guys already but if you don't you definitely should. The more I get to know Noah and Jake the more I appreciate them and the shop that is Craig's VW Repair. They always do great work on my van and I trust their knowledge and skill to get the job done right. It's a little bit of a drive for me but it's always worth it to bring it there and know the job will get done correctly. My most recent trip took a bit longer than we all expected because the shipment of parts was delayed. It was a bit of a bummer but it's almost expected when you think about our old vans and while still a pandemic nonetheless. During the slight delay Noah or Jake called me every couple of days just to give me a heads up as to when they were expecting it, the communication was excellent and just really comforting knowing they were just waiting on that. All around Noah and Jake are just good people, who are good at what they do, and care about what they do. Thanks as always guys, van is running great!Services: Steering/Suspension

I do not own a VW, but in considering the purchase of a local vehicle, Noah went way beyond what was expected to price out my potential upgrades to help me get a grasp on a total budget. I would expect the mechanical work to be in line with what I've seen so far and what I've heard. 6 stars.

My 1986 Westfalia has only been to Craig's VW, for 31 years now. What more do I need to say. They are "wunderbar!"

Craig's is the best spot to get your vintage VW repaired, hands down. A great local hole in the wall shop with very fair labor prices and work always done in a timely manner. Great staff who obviously love cars and their work, and are always up for some car talk.

Nice guy(s) and clearly honest. Brought our Jetta there with some "service now" lights on (despite a recent service at the dealership) and he took care of it in 30 minutes. He could have told me he worked on it for 2 hours and I'd have believed him... which is why we're coming back.
