Can’t say enough good things about this place, I’m so glad I found it! They got me in quickly for an oil change and the time flew while I waited because everyone in there is so friendly and happy to chat. I loved getting to spend time with the beautiful pup Roxy, too. While there they noticed my mirror was busted and offered to find the part after I’d been told be a precious mechanic that it was too hard to find. They got me back in a few days later and even switched out the color to match my car. 11/10 customer service, love these guys!

We broke down with a bad radiator on the way back from a camping trip, a few hours from home, with our cat in tow. We were tired and stressed about how we could get it fixed and make it home that night. Keith and the whole staff at MasterTech were awesome, they went above & beyond to take care of us and make sure we weren't stranded. They even dropped us off somewhere comfortable to hang out and get some food while they replaced the radiator. These are wonderful human beings doing great work (and telling very funny jokes btw) and we would 10/10 recommend!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Good place to get your vehicle serviced ! The guys take good care of you and it's a small business so it's locally owned. They take the time with your Car. They are forthright in telling you what's wrong with your vehicle. I haven't had one bad experience there. Keith is a nice guy and the service tech is really attentive to detail. Can't get much better than that.

Went in because my car would intermittently not start. Was told my starter was going bad, cost $500 (labor, parts and a new O2 broken during installation) N xt morning after new stater installed, car still wouldn't start. $500 spent, same problem. Went to advanced auto, they tested alternator (good) and battery (suggested replacement) $200 later, problem fixed.Discouraged by a simple fix misdiagnosed for a more expensive repair, especially during the holiday season.Service: General repairs & maintenance

After 5 years of being a customer at Mastertech, I will always recommend them to anyone needing their car serviced. They have always been honest and continually stand by their work. Even when you can tell they're busy, the phone is always answered and everyone is courteous. We will never use another mechanic!

I have a maintenance contracting business based out of Burlington. My truck is my livelihood. When my battery died on the first cold day of Fall I had a buddy jump my truck then I immediately drove over to Master Tech without even calling first. They fit me in right away, they had the right battery and they changed it out in half the time that the manufacturer estimated.More recently my truck didn't pass inspection at a different auto shop because of how "bouncy" it was. They said they didn't know how to fix it. I took it to a different shop that specializes in suspension and they said it was fine, didn't need work. Finally I took it to Master Tech where the owner diagnosed my bad shocks within 60 seconds. They ordered me new shocks and the owner reccomened installing timbers to help with payload as my truck is always loaded. This was right before plow season so I was nervous they wouldn't be able to get to my truck before the snow started falling. They heard my concerns and fit me in as soon as the parts came in. The work they did made a huge difference in the handling and safety of my truck.Bottom line: good down to earth people who truly care about your automotive needs. 10/10 expience both times I was there. I will only use Master Tech moving forward.

We traveled to Vermont from Connecticut with our 30 ft camper and had a tire blow. Triple AAA put our spare on but we realized that these tires are not going to make the ride home. I called MasterTech Automotive because they were the closest to the campground. They were fantastic! They ordered the 4 tires we needed got them the next day and installed them at the campground! We didn't have to tow the camper there! How much better does service get? I would recommend them without any hesitation. Now we can enjoy our vacation and have a safe ride home

When a new tire I bought from MasterTech failed, it wasn't clear whether it was my fault or a defect in the product. Keith worked with the manufacturer and they, MasterTech, and I split the cost of repair 3 ways. Keith could have just refused to do anything, so I was impressed that he worked to share the responsibility among everyone. That is exactly the kind of customer service that keeps people coming back! I've lived in so many different places and this is the best mechanic and shop I've ever come across. Keith is a great guy and is always honest. His mechanics are the same. Great group that really cares and his dog will meet you at the door with a smile. Keith and his crew have always looked out for me and the safety of my vehicle. I can't express enough gratitude to them. Every fix they've done to keep me going has been done once and keeps running long after they completed their repairs. If you aren't using them for your car's needs you're missing out on what all of us look for in a shop. Here, they're affordable, have a loaner vehicle, honest, do exceptional work and you know they care. Please don't hesitate to call them and bring your car in.
