Purchase a car from vlad the owner of the shop and he promised me no issues. Well I can say that is not the case it has been problems after problems with no help. Aswell as tried to sell me rims and tires that did not fit the car as a package deal. I could keep going on Overall would not recommend and poor customer service!

Very organized and on-time with my appointment for an inspection and oil change. I also asked the mechanic to check my transmission fluid and he was very honest in saying that it simply needed to be topped up (not changed). He was also VERY HONEST in saying that my front rotors and pads were "barely passable." Many mechanics would simply fail my inspection on those grounds and then leave me paying another $500 for a brake job but they were honest and now I can do that work myself.The oil change was a little spendy ($79.99 for synthetic) but overall I definitely recommend Norton's.Service: Oil change

I don’t care what business it is customers should come first, if a customers running 20 mins late to an appointment after a clear winter storm because there was an accident in front of them you should make time to still do the job especially seeing how it was only an hours worth of work. So I guess I’m taking my car to a place that cares about there customers time. And does the job they said they can do. Ty for the waste of time
