I enjoyed wandering around in the shop and sampling a variety of cheeses. I bought and loved the Shepsog, and especially the Stilton. Also bought three pre-packaged cheeses that I have not tried. The cheese meister helped out with samples and information. A pleasant place.

Really nice place to learn about cheese making, we were lucky that the day we stopped by they were making cheese and could see it. The cheif cheese maker Mariano Gonzalez was super sweet to explain to us about the process of cheese making and types.
