My mother and I had a wonderful stay at the Sinclair Inn Bed & Breakfast during a fall visit to Vermont. The charming, family-run inn is warm and welcoming, and so convenient as a base for area sightseeing. We loved our room and all the beautiful details around the house. We also were happy to meet so many great visitors from other parts of the country around the breakfast table each morning. Highly recommend!

Finest B&B we have stayed at in 25 years. The owners were so accommodating it was like they were family. We really felt at home there. The breakfasts were amazing, and the treats left out daily were always welcome after a day traveling about. The rooms were spotless with comfortable beds. Would stay here again without hesitation. Not to mention the great value for your dollar.

Our stay at the Sinclair Inn Bed and Breakfast was nothing short of amazing . The accommodations were beautifully decorated , blending comfort with charm. The common sitting areas were especially inviting, offering the perfect setting to unwind, play a game or just visit. Each breakfast was different— thoughtfully prepared, and absolutely delicious. The hosts were gracious and attentive, providing warm hospitality that made us feel both welcome and cared for. The grounds were well kept, enhancing the sense of peace and quiet that made our stay so relaxing. A truly memorable retreat — we look forward to returning.

Sinclair Inn pays special attention to detail. Our room had convenient electrical outlets, USB ports, convenient items in the bathroom, and a very comfortable bed. They sent us reminders about your our stay and detailed instructions about late check-in. The breakfast was a very delicious buffet. We felt so comfortable and loved the welcoming atmosphere.

This is an amazing home run by a very nice and hardworking couple. The breakfasts were delicious and the rooms, immaculate! Most importantly we felt at home! We will be back!

This is an excellent family run B&B that provides top notch accommodation, service and food. The attention to detail and thoughtful touches all reflect an establishment that is run with pride and diligence. Our bedroom (number 2) was spacious, comfortable, clean and well equipped. Really couldn't fault it in any way. We would have loved to have stayed longer. Highly recommended. Best Wishes Karen & Richard, Cumbria, England.

My wife found Kincaid on looking for our upcoming trip to Vermont, a state we had never visited. This place was everything we imagined in a Bed and Breakfast inn! Holly greeted us at the door, and showed us to our room. What a lovely place. The garden is lovely, and the location is great. This morning we had an amazing breakfast!
We'll be back the next time we travel to Vermont.

The Sinclair Inn Bed & Breakfast is a charming B&B, very well organized and furnished in an excellent way. Coming from Europe, and in particular from Italy, we had to admit that we were immersed in a traditional location, warm, well furnished and managed by friendly and kind hosts. Excellent breakfasts, with dishes always refilled, the kind that keep you around the table talking with the other guests for an hour or more, without you even realizing it. Eggs that you could not imagine fresher. Very well-kept and welcoming garden to watch unforgettable sunsets: what will the weather be like tomorrow? As soon as possible we will return.

Beautiful old home, clean, charming, well maintained, lovely breakfast, inviting dining room, welcoming host. Have stayed here many times and never disappointed. Walk 8 minutes to level 2 EV charging at Jericho Market.

this place is astounding! beautiful house, rooms, common areas, and yard. the location is great too, a nice quiet town not too far from Burlington. words can not describe how lovely this place is. the owners were very friendly and were great about accommodating a vegan breakfast, and it was so delicious too! a lot of localy sourced ingredients. incredible service. hands down the best place I've ever stayed. the house was well decorated, cozy, and clean. i am most certainly coming back. i only wish i could have stayed longer! thanks for making our vacation so wonderful <3

Charming and cozy one night stay. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed. The owners were very friendly, gave us all information. We stayed in room 2, big and beautifully decorated. The room and private bathroom were spotless, very comfortable king bed. Coffee station has a Kurig coffee mashine, fridge full of water bottles and soft drinks. Glasses and wine glasses, plates, utensils etc were there. Tasty breakfast in the morning: bacon, eggs, english muffins, avocado, yougurt - everything was fresh. Pretty garden, nice porch with comfy chairs. Owner gaves us good tips about hiking in the area and was very friendly and accomodating. I wish we could stay longer! Looking forward to stay in Sinclair Inn in the future.
