I came in right before closing tonight ( feeling guilty about my late arrival) however the lady behind the counter made my visit so enjoyable and was very welcoming. I was in and out in 10 minutes with exactly what I needed. Thank you!

I live in Massachusetts but have family in Manchester and Dorset so I shop at Jockey once or twice a year. I love their clothing. I get the most comfortable pajamas and underwear there for me and my son. The clothing is durable and good quality. They stand by their merchandise like L.L.Bean does. And if you sign up for their rapid rewards program (which costs nothing to join and isn't a credit card), they send you 20% off coupons and $10 off certificates. With the black Friday sales, I ended up getting 60% off everything. The staff was really nice and I love how they keep my measurements in the computer from measuring me the year before so I can just walk in, grap what I need from the measurements saved in the computer and off I go. The parking is easy and I like the Loft store across the parking lot.

Stock was lacking and staff were not helpful and staff didn't seem terribly friendly. Much poorer experience than I have had at other Jockey outlets.
