I have never been inside this Hannafords. However, since COVID I have been doing a weekly curbside pickup there. And for that, I have to say, they are fantastic. I have been late for pickup; I call and they say no problem. I have to change pickup time; I call and they say no problem. One time there was a small mis-hap with the way my groceries were packed last week. I called to inform them, not really to complain. They had a new person learning how to do it. Anyway they gave me a $20 coupon for my next visit. The website for ordering is not bad; it is daunting at first but once you have your regular items sorted out it's a breeze to create the next order. They also have a pretty good selection of organic, vegan, and dairy-free items.
