The customer service here is so bad it's laughable. Thats the only way you can cope with the insurmountable frustration you will experience when trying to resolve any issue and how incompetent and unhelpful and generally disinterested the staff is to provide any service at all. It's really that bad. I spent over an hour trying to talk to the young woman working here to get mail sorted and I literally was pulling my hair out trying to find an actual solution. It was a nightmare

I love it at the Plainfield Post Office. Friendly/knowledgable staff and efficient service. They have never let me down! 👍🏽
