Made a 5 hour trip to a dealer after confirming advertised price of the vehicle from a sales person and allegedly his manager. Upon arrival at the dealership price has changed with an excuse that general manager could not confirm the price and it was an error. At the time of this writing they still didn't change the price in their add. It's been a week since my first inquiry so they had a plenty of time to fix it.
Stay away, there are other honest Jeep dealers around.

My daily driver was in need of expensive repair and I needed a new vehicle asap so I could continue to get to work. I personally worked with Anthony at Nucar. He was patient, kind, genuine and everything opposite of a pushy salesman. He helped me get financed for a vehicle to keep me on the road. Great straightforward process and experience. Satisfied and would recommend.

The individual sales people were friendly at the time of inquiry and purchase. We had several things that needed follow up and over the course of a year we could not get returned phone calls. I needed to talk to the manager, who assured me that “this time you will get a return call.“ The pattern continued of never getting a returned phone call regarding these important issues. The purchase process is friendly and inviting, and the service portion of the program is nonexistent. We would not recommend this dealership in the future.

It’s now been a month or more since my initial review, to which they said they would be reaching out to me soon… sadly I needed to lower my rating because still no response or outreach from new-car. They simply don’t have follow up care for their vehicles. Still looking for them to reach out and correct a few things, or at least return the many phone calls and voicemails left over the year.
Their response to my initial review seems to just be a way to “smooth things over” online and to not actually rectify anything. Very disappointing and couldn’t recommend them for any services.

i bought my first and last dodge laramie, should have stayed with gmc,which i had purchased 16 new trucks starting with my first one in 1987, with less than 300 miles the paint was coming off one of the fender flares , service manager at nucar said your on your own we don't have a body shop, i told my salesperson, and they said oh well sorry,we brought 2 brand new dodge trucks in for recall work and one of them the center of the headlight knob fell out , the truck is a 2023, we where told its a 180 dollars to fix , apparently warranty would not cover it , some how they are saying physical damage, there's no way of that, very bad experience with nucar and will never go back, and for our work vehicles we will be using a different dealer ,and the survey that most dealers send out to customers i never got one neither di a co worker who bought a brand new durango,must be nucar way of not letting dodge know how poor of an operation they run,and of course you can see all the good survey's they have there friends write,

I was impressed with the pleasant and professional service provided by Joesph Barney during my recent visit to your service department. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. I was in and out and on my way home quickly.

This was my first time purchasing a vehicle from NuCar and I couldn't recommend these folks more. Brian Brady took excellent care of me as a new customer. He took the time to answer numerous questions and inquiries before I made my appointment to visit and test drive. He wasn't pushy at all, he treated me like a person making a huge financial commitment rather than just another sale. He was up front and transparent about every step of the way. I also work in sales, so I am very particular about my sales experiences. I highly recommend Brian Brady and NuCar of Saint Albans. They've got a new loyal customer in me.
