Jamie and Trina were very helpful in getting the First Baptist Church setup for propane. They made the switch over very easy for us and were knowledgeable about what we were asking for. Very good service and I enjoyed working with them! Thank you both for such great service!

Tuesday September 2 I called your office to report a hum from the propane tank when the stove is in use. Laura Reed took my call and right away the angst of making the call in the first place disappeared. In a world where customer service seems non-existent this lady knows the meaning of serving the customer by her kindness. That Tuesday after a holiday weekend usually leaves people dragging into work but clearly Laura loves what she does. She laughed, asked questions I tried to answer and scheduled an appointment for this week. She even asked how my weekend was!!! Who does that? I appreciated her friendly manner and her upbeat attitude, can't say enough about how her customer service is beyond excellent--it is extreme in contrast to the typical phone menus we have all had to use. How refreshing it is to TALK to a real person, and one who does her job with an attitude of kindness and respect. Thank you, you certainly made my morning better. Great job, the world needs more people like you.

On two separate occasions Trina from the St Albans office worked very hard to help with a furnace issue. She was pleasant, efficient and competent to the max. I appreciated being treated in the manner I was by her! As 40+ year customer of Suburban, it felt nice to be seen as a person rather than a number.

Planning to do some excavating on our property. Called DigSafe who now only maps electrical, cable and phone lines at no charge. Called Suburban to map our propane lines. They initially wanted to charge ~$400 but Trina Shelt provided outstanding customer service by obtaining manager agreement to provide service at no charge. I'm a HAPPY and satisfied Suburban Propane customer.

Newish to home ownership and many things my wife and I are learning along the way, as I'm sure many can attest to. Have had to learn some things the hard way about various utilities and management. Suburban propane and specially Laura, have made all those other experiences slightly easier as SB and Laura have been nothing but amazing and have even helped us navigate through our propane utility and how to manage. They keep us warm and at ease.

While I was frustrated about missing the pre-by deadline and was definitely not contacted with any information prior to the deadline, I was very impressed with Trina’s outstanding customer service. I was able to call, receive a contract, sign it, scan it, and email it directly to her. She called me within the hour to confirm our credit card information. She was a pleasure to work with. Next time, I have put a reminder in my phone for June 2026 to meet the deadline. We have been pre-buying our propane for over 20 years with Suburban Propane.
