I arrived for my scheduled appointment 10m minutes early and was told by the service coordinator that it would take 3 hours. Okay I can handle that. 3 hours goes by and I am still waiting but the service coordinator never comes out and explains the delay. So I wait another 45 minutes and still no word so I walk in and talk to the coordinator after 3.75 hours and ask if she has any idea how much longer it would be and I was told that she was doing the paperwork. So I asked a second time if she had an idea of how much longer it would be. This time I’m told it would be 15 or 20 more minutes. FINALLY at just short of 4.25 hours I get a call that the vehicle is ready.
Where was the COMMUNICATION? I can understand if there is a problem but go and explain to the customer what is going on rather than having them sit around for over 4 hours without hearing anything. I am very disappointed in this service.

This was a great experience working with Kevin and Zach at Key Motors Burlington. We are 3 hours away and the truck we wanted seems to be a hot seller at the moment. They were extremely patient until we could get up there and not pushy salesmen in the least bit. The paperwork once we got approved seemed to take a bit, roughly 2 hours, perhaps that's how long it takes. Certainly not enough to take away a star! Can't beat driving through the Green Mountains to get there.

This dealership appears to be using bait and switch tactics. When I go to their website, I am greeted to adds for this car, front and center on the home page. This is a blatant lie in advertising, because this car does not exist and is not for sale. Once you walk in the door, they try to sell you a car that is in a much higher price range. The trip to this place was a monumental waste of my time, which could have been avoided, had I not been mislead. While I suppose I should have been suspicious because these cars are not being sold anymore, I just figured maybe there were still some around they were trying to sell. I have experienced shady sales techniques at car places often enough, but I didn't realize they would stoop as low as showcasing a car on their website that they don't even have on their lot. If this is the level of deception they are willing to do, then I will be avoiding this place like the plague, the next time I go car shopping.

Great customer service, which is VERY rare these days! Alexis and Jared were great, especially Alexis with her personality and communication! Hailey was very sweet while shuttling me to and from my house! When they said they would call to check in, they did, which means a great deal to me! My truck was efficiently serviced within a great time frame, which is always nice and helpful! I highly recommend this Chevrolet Dealership, and I have been to many all over the country; due to my traveling job! I was VERY happy and satisfied!! Thank you!! ??
