Purchased 3 pub chairs with two connecting tables and cup holders for our beach house in NC. They were much better quality than anything else I found and also the best price around VA and NC. We were so pleased that we also ordered an adirondack glider for our home here in VA. Don is wonderful to work with as well. Highly recommend.

We purchased 4 chairs, two regular adirondack and two rockers. They are very comfortable and sturdy. We went to a few different places that is were about the same cost as these but the construction of the others were not great. They wobbled when you say down. That won't happen with these. They are well worth the investment. My sister has had her sets for about 10 years and they still look brand new. We purchased one for my mother-in-law in PA. He met her there to deliver it!

They were very helpful and friendly and explained the features of all the different styles they offer. Some things have to be ordered but they also had lots of things in stock. I bought 4 folding-style chairs but could only fit 3 in my car. They were happy to hold the 4th chair until I came back the next day.

I have bought several pieces of furniture for my back yard and I have had no issues at all in doing so. The person that works there has been friendly and has gone out of his way to get us bar stools prior to our daughter's graduation party. I will continue to buy my outdoor furniture from this place.The price can be expensive but the furniture is built soundly and we are happy paying for something that we know will last.

We purchased a beautiful pub table and chair set from Mattingly's. Don was so helpful and pleasant to do business with. We are absolutely thrilled with our new set. It is so comfortable and different from traditional deck furniture. Love it and will definitely buy other items from him again!

The adirondacks look OK, no better than any others at the $250 or so price point, but I didn't buy any because the sales person was so rude. When I asked him about the return policy in case i selected a style that my wife didn't like he asked if I was just buying them for the holiday weekend with the idea that I could return them after the party. (For what it's worth, I shamefully responded that no, it is my wedding anniversary and I was thinking of these chairs as a gift). The salesman declined to apologize and basically acted as if it was a favor for him to sell me these chairs. What a joke... there are many options when you purchase these chairs.... I could not stomach going for one when a salesman accused me of wanting to rip off the store.

This is the place in northern Virginia to get reasonably priced Amish polywood furniture, with free delivery and excellent service from Don and his son. My wife and I recently custom ordered two gliders and a bench from Don and he got them to us in 3 weeks flat, free delivery. I researched the prices from other stores in NoVA and shops in Pennsylvania, nearer to where these pieces are manufactured, ultimately planning to drive to York county to order and pick up furniture since the prices were so good. I was very pleased to find that Mattingly's prices were so competitive that I did not need to make the road trip. Can not recommend the shop enough.

Bought lots of things over the years from this father and son team. Wonderful folks and everything is high quality. My favorite has always been the Adirondack chairs with the really wide arms. They are wide enough to put a dinner plate on them and have supper on the porch. Also have tables and a great porch swing from them. Our first wooden chairs are over 20 years old and we still use them. Our porch rockers are from Mattinglys and I think they are made from Ash. I'm not sure but when we painted them the same color as our front door they looked great and everyone who sits in them wants one. Other rockers from Mattinglys we've left natural to weather. Go and check stuff out and then go to Middleburg for lunch or dinner for a nice outing.
