I just walked to this 7 Eleven in the middle of the night. Given the time. I looked online first to see what was open so I wouldn't waste my time. The store's hours are listed as "open 24 hours". However, the doors are locked and nobody appears to be inside.This review definitely won't help either though because I see that people have been complaining about this for 2 years and it's still a problem. Their representative answered one post here claiming that they cared and wanted to address the issue. But that obviously hasn't happened.At least they chose not to give incorrect information at the store's physical location though. They just don't have their business hours posted there at all.

If you want to be harassed by homeless people especially if you do not give money. This 7-11 should be ashamed to allow toxic behavior in front of their establishment. I will never go in here again after encountering this same homeless person 7 x. Get a trespassing letter from Fairfax County Police.

I give this place 5 stars due to how nice the employees are and how well they keep the place clean and neat but someone really needs to update the closing time even if it's temporary, misleading others in my opinion is not well for business and I like this 7-11 and want others to like this 7-11as much I do since all the other 7-11 stores I visited that are close and within walking distance has employees with bad attitudes that give off lazy vibes and the stores just don't have shiny floors like this 7-11. I also absolutely love how this 7-11 typically doesn't have a broken or out of order slurpee machine ? KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

Unfortunately this 7-Eleven and a lot of other 7-Eleven‘s within a 2 mile radius advertises that they’re open 24 hours but I midnight they close and I think it’s because of safety issues and homeless people and people acting crazy at this time of night so for the safety they close I have witnessed going into or calling another 7-Eleven and I needed to get some medicine it was around 12 o’clock midnight the guy said technically they’re open but for safety they had the doors locked and for me to call the store when I got there and he would open the door but last night this particular store I went to which is this location on the website it states 24 hours and I couldn’t get in to purchase anything I want it some last minute snacks to get home from going out of town and I couldn’t get anything so I understand the safety issues but honestly they should try to do something better for safety issues and keep the stores open

Hi this 7-11 is my home 7-11 for the past 7 years, but what I don’t understand is, there are two employees that work and they always locked the door at 12:00, 1:00, 2:00 AM What’s wrong? Please explain… management team

The business has gone down hill over the last 2-3 months. Not sure if it has new ownership or not, but the management of the store has gone down drastically over the last few months.Observations -1. No Cigarettes for sale today!!! Unbelievable that a 7-11 would not have cigarettes for sale. Was told it was a license issue and will not be available for 2 weeks;2. No coffee cup covers for hot coffee cups. Have mentioned this to store personnel multiple times over the last month with no change. Are they trying to save money?;3. Replenishment of the Cream machines for coffee is always an issue. Doesn't anyone check these for availability?;4. Condiments (i.e., sauerkraut, onions, etc...) for hotdogs/burgers are always empty. Does nobody check these?;5. Empty coffee syrup bottles (i.e. Hazelnut and Caramel syrups). Does nobody remove empty bottles and replenish them?In general, the business has really dropped over the last few months. Hopefully they can turn this around. This was my go-to store because of proximity, but with others close by, I have started going to these others instead.

For at least a week, google has said it’s open 24 hours. The website says it’s open 24 hours. The poorly written note taped to the door says it closes at 12:00am.If the website still said there were reduced hours due to COVID, I’d get it. But it doesn’t, it was updated to remove that message. So where is our 24 hour service that 7/11 claims to provide?
