The young man who set up my new phone was amazing. He knew exactly what to do and was quick too. He provided great customer service to me and to other customers who walked in while he was working alone. Glad I switched to Cricket and glad I chose this location.

Do not go to this store! They over charged me for a SIM card and to activate a new phone. I've been with Cricket over 5 years and this store charged $16 dollars more than all other stores. Also, instead of giving me a NanoSIM card they cut a MicroSIM to fit my phone, which is not recommended by the manufacturer and can cause damage. Will not be returning to this store.
