The manager Mesfin at this store is very mean and rude. I tried to use a rain check for Maxwell House coffee and he wouldn’t let me use it because he said the coffee wasn’t on sale last week. The date on the rain check was 9/9/23and today is 9/20/23. That has nothing to do with a rain check anyway. Then he asked where I got it like he was accusing me of something. I wonder if this is a franchise store because I have never been treated so badly in a CVS. And he said I am not going to allow you to use the rain check like he owns the store or something. I found a different rain check I had in my purse and was able to buy my coffee but he made the experience miserable. Any by the way one reason I have any rain checks for Maxwell House coffee is because when it’s on sale they run out and this particular store has NEVER had Maxwell House coffee on sale even if it was on sale at a CVS down the street. And when I have told Mesfin that it is on sale he argues with me and says it isn’t. Why does every other CVS have something on sale weekly but his store refuses to honor the price. Like he is a little dictator. This store is an embarrassment for CVS!

Have had to go to the pharmacy after hours several times due to toddler emergencies. Have received prompt service. Very much appreciated!!!

This CVS was close to my hotel and I needed a script called in. Waited an hour then tried calling three times to verify script was received and ask when it would ready. I went through all the prompts and was on hold only to be disconnected when someone picked up. When I finally did get through, I was told it would be ready in an hour. Went over an hour later, and they closed the pharmacy for a half hour lunch as I walked up to the counter. Would have been nice if they had mentioned they closed for lunch when I spoke with them earlier. When they did reopen, my script still wasn't ready, so I waited again.

Told me my prescription would take 15 to 20 minutes so I waited in store. Ended up being 45 minutes for a single prescription. Terrible customer service.

The pharmacy staff at CVS are severely lacking. It's evident that there's a need for a larger team of knowledgeable employees. I would strongly advise against using this pharmacy due to the time wasted dealing with their inefficiencies.

Terrible CVSThe signs with sale hangs there even if their expired for a week.Keep going forward and back to find what is the issue just spend 30 minutes of my life for nothing, save your time and don’t go there

We often shop at the CVS Alexandria store on Duke St. Each time we have been served by Scott he has been welcoming, kind and radiates positivity. He is an asset to the CVS team and an excellent example of how great customer service can lead to repeat sales. Thank you Scott!

Classic CVS skeleton crew staffing model. The only pharmacist here has spent the last half hour on the phone asking tech support questions about office equipment (why?), meanwhile the Rx that I was told would be ready yesterday morning is not. This place needs to hire more staff, but unfortunately for everyone we all know they won't.

It's a convent location just two blocks from the metro station. However here on a Monday morning many food, drink and snack items were out of stock. One large food refrigerator out of service

The front end staff here are so kind and helpful and they really put up with a lot in this really busy area. The pharmacy staff is incredible. They remember their regulars and seem to really care about their patients and go out of their way to help! I truly appreciate them.

One of the most disorganized CVS locations. My insurance covers COVID tests which I need for work. At other locations I pick up with no problem. Today, I've spent too much of my day here, still don't have my tests. 1st stop: Pharmacist tells me to go pull the tests from the front of the store myself. I do. When I get back, I wait over 5 minutes while pharmacist is on the phone. She refuses to ring up a first aid item and says it'll be 20 mins to process the COVID tests, come back. I pick up a few things at Whole Foods across the street, come back.... Pharmacy is closed for lunch. They tell me it'll re -open at 2. No sympathy, no apologies. Now I don't have my tests, this location is not really convenient for me (was in the area for an appointment) and not sure I'll be able to get the tests elsewhere if they already processed them.....grrrr.

The only CVS I've ever seen with stocked shelves and the only one where and employee offered to help me. She was really nice to everyone that was in the store. The shelves were full. I was surprised. Should you forgot those last minute items on your trip - they have it.

The Indian man made me feel unwelcomed as soon as I got in the store. Not sure how he does it in his country but in America we treat paying customers with respect
