Horrible minute clinic. Made an appointment for 2:40 and when I showed up all the doors had a sign on them that said they were at lunch and would be back by 2:30 and 2:40…nobody was back yet. After about 30 minutes we asked the cvs employees and no one knew where they were or how to contact them. After an hour a worker shows up (not an NP so she couldn’t even see us without a NP there). She goes into her office and 20 minutes later (I’ve been waiting for about 1.5 hrs total) comes back out and says that the two NPs are experiencing an emergency and there’s no ETA when they’ll return. We left without them ever showing up. This is just simply unacceptable.

I have always been helped quickly and professionally at the E Monroe’s CVS!

I received a flu shot at this cvs (E Monroe) 3 weeks ago and my shoulder/back/ neck are still in pain. The person who administered the shot gave it way too high up in my arm. I’ve reported this to the CDC and would not recommend you go here for your shots.

I have to agree with most of the reviewers, that CVS pharmacy in this location has the rudest service. I do hope there’s a necessary action taken to improve it. I came with a question about self-test COVID test, and was sent back and forth to different windows and none of them are polite. The woman with white robe even just pointed to another window without saying anything as if I should understand what that meant! And the man behind the counter was saying something unpleasant about my question. As a non-English speaking customer, I found this very offensive.

Minute Clinic, what a joke. Ask them if they take your insurance on the spot and don't have anything done until they confirm. The providers don't take time to explain what is covered even if you are "in network".Just go to your primary care physician. It's worth the wait. I would wait any amount of minutes rather than deal with the "Minute Clinic" again. Also, it's very slow even with no one ahead of you.Otherwise, it's a CVS, what do you expect?

This location has the rudest pharmacy personnel who answered the phone. She may have had a bad day today but for sure she wasn't nice. When all I wanted was to transfer a prescription.

[Sorry for the length of this review.] This pharmacy will never win any awards for reliability or customer service; the employees are sullen and act overworked. But most days, I am able to accomplish what I'm trying to do. Today, however, was not one of those days. I made an appointment for a booster on the CVS website with their Minute Clinic (MC), arrived early, and received a text that instructed me to check in at the MC kiosk with the code in the text. I did so, and sat and waited. After a few minutes, an employee from the MC approached me and asked what I was doing there. I said I was there for a booster. The gentleman condescendingly implied that I didn't read the text correctly and that I was supposed to check in at the pharmacy. The text VERY CLEARLY said to check in at the MC kiosk. But, as instructed, I walked over the pharmacy and waited for about 10 minutes, then was asked what I needed. I said a booster, and that I had tried to check in at the MC kiosk but was told that was wrong and that I needed to check in at the pharmacy. The pharmacy employee rolled her eyes, said no, you need to check in at the MC kiosk. I said I did, but they sent me to her. She shrugged and walked away from me. So I went back to the MC, and told my story to another MC employee. She said no, I needed to go back to the pharmacy. I said they really don't want me there and they sent me to her. She then walked me over to the pharmacy and told the pharmacy employee that I needed a booster. That employee said I will have to make an appointment on the CVS website. I said, "That's what I did!" They said, no, you made an appointment at the Minute Clinic, we don't take walk-ins, and you need to make an appointment online for the pharmacy. My appointment was for 0930. It was now 1000. I left the store without getting my booster. FAIL

I will never place a pick up order with CVS again. It was supposed to be ready yesterday but they never sent me an email so I called the store per the email and the lady that picked up the phone just kept saying that it wasn’t on her list. I got charged for it so I’d like to get my order and I didn’t care whether it was on her list because I had an email order confirmation. There was also a language barrier. She transferred me to pharmacy because she apparently didn’t want to deal with it and there was a language barrier there as well.

The minute clinic in this place is the worst healthcare facility in the planet! Tom and Lindsey had awful attitude and were really shady and untrustworthy. These people do not belong in healthcare at all! We went in for a physical for my kid and they were not only condescending and rude but were shady and attempted to give my kid a vaccine without performing any tests to see if it was needed. We left this place horrified! and feeling like we had just went through a horror film like experience! Never use this place! Do yourself a favor and go someplace else! The pharmacy may be a different experience but these people were down right scary!

I learned today that CVS will start closing the pharmacy so the pharmacist can have a lunch break?!Never in my 65 years have I known a pharmacist not to be available at all times. Who does this? When I complained Raquel laughed at me- out loud! And as I was walking away she spoke something in Spanish. I’m sure it wasn’t complimentary.

I made an Covid booster appointment online advance, I went there 10 minutes before my schedule time. But All chaotic in CVS, no sign to say where to check in. And I went to the CVS pharmacy pick up line, then they pushed me to Minutes Clinic, after I went to minutes clinic, then a store lady said go back to pharmacy Drop off. There is no sign of where to wait where to sit even though I have made appointment and checked in by myself. The store just need additional management on putting up clear signs will be helpful for customers and save everyone's time. BesAlso, the store staff are very nice and helpful usually. This review is only for this booster incident.

My partner and I signed up to do a rapid Covid test here prior to travel (neither of us is ill). It was listed on the website as drive thru testing but they were doing it inside a trailer with no ventilation and we didn't feel safe. We opted to do our swabs outside . We were told doing it in our car was a HIPAA violation (which it isn't, as it's a widely done method of testing .) The website needs to be clearly updated to say this isn't a drive thru or curbside test. It is a health risk to have people who are potentially sick with Covid unmask in a small, non ventilated trailer , especially if it is not properly sanitized between guests (which it wasn't , as all of the appointments were scheduled back to back.) we also waited a while before anyone even came to our car and approached us about testing. We were told we should've "knocked on the trailer door". I am not usually one to leave scathing reviews, but this was a disorganized process, not accurately described on the website that left us feeling unsafe. If you want a Covid test of any kind done-go elsewhere, preferably an actual medical setting or open air tent.
