Each time I visit this CVS location, the pharmacist, Allison, greets me by name and is very helpful. It's a fairly busy store because it's inside Target, but I never feel rushed while I'm there. On my most recent visit, I had made an appointment for some vaccines. There was hardly any wait, and the shots were painless. I am very grateful to have a pharmacist that I trust.

I approached one of the staff with a question who at first flat out ignored me and then yelled at me that she was too busy and couldn't be bothered to help. A minute later I overheard her complaining to her co-worker about how much she hates it when customers approach her. Why would ANYONE in their right minds want to shop at a pharmacy with employees like this?

The pharmacist at this location is rude and incompetent. If you need your medication (which most people do), please do not come here. The man I spoke with at this location told me he would call the insurance company and then text me when my medication was ready. He never followed up! I came back the next day in person to check on my medication's status and he never called. He then refused to speak to the insurance company on the phone. I still do not have my medication and I will not be returning to this pharmacy.

I like the location of the store as I walked to go to target. Walk is nice answering and a store was in a good location.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience and great experience at this location, the pharmacist was amazing and kind. She helped us with the COVID booster and made it so easy.Thanks for your help!???

Staff is nice but the robocalls are RIDICULOUS. I don't need 4 calls in 2 dys telling me that ai have a RX that has no refills. I KNOW...and if I didn't one call is enough. Then I had a RX placed on hold and no one called to tell me. The reason was that ie was costly, but since I have been getting that med for years, I knew that. . Then there is the call that a RX is ready for pick up 27 times...and I don't always know which med it is because they refill things I don't need refills for.

Literally every time I come back there's two new employees and TWO is not enough when it comes time for after work (4:30pm-7pm). My prescriptions are never ready after waiting in line for 30 minutes. Very inconvenient place to have a pharmacy. No waiting area. Currently there's only one person filling prescriptions, ringing people up, and taking phone calls. Horrible.

Just wanted to give a shout-out to the pharmacist (I think his name is Doug). After waiting over 2 weeks for my doctor's office to approve additional refills on a routine medication (one I take daily and had to go without for a week because the office failed to respond to the pharmacy or me), then seeing my doctor and having them send the new Rx to the WRONG pharmacy (still unsure how they managed this when they clearly already had the information from my previous Rx), Doug was extremely patient and helpful with continuing to contact my doctor's office and the other pharmacy, and even managed to get the medication ready within 30 minutes of me first contacting him and realizing that the Rx had been sent to the wrong place. I really appreciate having a pharmacist who is so willing to help clients, patient, professional, and efficient. Glad that I chose this pharmacy when relocating to the area.

Pharmacist went out if his way to transfer our prescriptions from NY to VA. He also brought our attention to a rebate program which took care of our hefty copay. Rarely have I seen such devotion in customer care.

The pharmacist was super helpful with getting prescriptions transferred from NYC. He was even going to reach out to Dr in NYC about getting refills that couldn't be tranferred. Also, he provided information on a manufacturer co-pay assistance program that covered 100% of the co-pay! Definitely went above and beyond!

This CVS is on the way to the airport. There is ample parking. I love finding clearance items. The staff have always been nice. Sadly, customers are being directed to the self scanning area. I prefer interacting with people instead of having an automated voice tell me to bag my items.

Very disappointed! I bought mouth medicine, didn't look at the expiration date thinking that CVS wouldn't sell expired items especially medicine..but before using it unfortunately the MEDICINE was expired TWO years ago! Thank god I didn't end up using it.
