My name is Michael Seyoum. I recently met Jerome at the Springfield Mall while I was searching for a new mattress. From the moment we spoke, his professionalism, product knowledge, and ability to clearly explain each option were outstanding. He took the time to understand my needs, including the proper support for my body posture and my lower back pain, and guided me through the selection process with patience and expertise.
After taking some time to consider my options, I reached out to Jerome again. Even though Springfield is not his regular working location, he arranged to meet me at the Kingstowne Village store. I chose to go there specifically because of his exceptional service. His dedication and commitment to providing outstanding customer care truly exceeded my expectations.

I was in need of a new mattress and had no intention to buy one immediately. Upon walking in, I met Jerome. The best salesman ever! He was so charismatic, helpful and patient. He was also very knowledgeable. He made my experience at Mattress Firm so enjoyable! I walked out with an even better mattress than I expected at a decent price! I was so thrilled. I can’t wait to get my mattress! I will definitely be back when I need more mattresses and accessories. I’ve never been to another mattress store and experienced this level of customer service. This is the only mattress store I will be shopping at!

Wahid was amazing, he really helped my husband and I out with deciding on what bed was best for us. He really came in clutch with the bed frame, we’re both exhausted and stressed and haven’t had the easiest transition since moving here, Thank you Wahid. Huge shoutout to Niccole for the specialty treatment and a wonderful experience! We walked in to the shop casually looking for a box spring (not knowing anything about box springs) and Niccole was an absolute delight, guiding us in the right direction and helping us order one based on our needs. Niccole was so unbelievably great! Typically mattress shopping is a chore because you can’t ever believe what the seller tells you. This was not the case with Niccole! She is amazing and my whole family will be returning to get another mattress or two soon! Shops need to praise and hire more people like her!!
