Got 4 new tires. 2 TPMS sensors now don't work. Got an alignment as well, total cost ~$1200. Shop was unable to provide print out of alignment due to no ink. So overall, my experience was 'okay'. 5 stars would be no broken TPMS sensors, better communication, and ink in the printer.

The technician took the time to explain the special order for my car and what I appreciated most was that he didn’t try and upsell me on something I didn’t need. My car was ready 1 day ahead of schedule too which was a nice surprise!

I was able to get an appointment for the same day for my tires to be replaced. When I got there and first learned they didn't have the tires I was looking for, they were able to get them elsewhere AND complete the install and alignment all within about 2 hours while I waited.
