One bite of my roast beef and cheddar and all I can say is OMG STFU... this sandwich was so amazing it didn't stand a chance to last longer than 10 mins on my plate. My hubby ordered the Italian sandwich and was in a fat boy heaven. My son devoured the kids tuna sandwich too. The staff is friendly, the store is always so clean and tidy. This will be our new sandwich spot from now on.

In theory, this place should be great. Interesting selection, quality ingredients, good variety. In practice they are extremely sloppy with making orders as they're written. I've had four sandwiches screwed up in the past eight months or so, either because they forgot veggies, or they added onions when the ticket explicitly said "no onions," or they drenched it in mayo when there was supposed to be none...etc. They're always very apologetic and fix their mistakes, but could they just get it right the first time, please?

My go-to sandwich place. The Slaters Club is a must. I've also had the Chicken De' Lovely, Buffalo Bleu Frito Scoop, BLT, France, Turkey & Swiss, and Italian and they are all solid. You really can't go wrong here. Buy 10, get 1 free is also a nice perk if you plan to order fairly regularly.

Ordered by DoorDash, can’t speak of actual service. Sandwich was very good, plenty of meat & cheese. Wasn’t a huge fan of the multigrain bread. Little skimpy on the aioli. Tried the Rt 11 chips. Delicious but a bit pricy.

Honestly the best salad I've ever had. (Got the Greek) So fresh, so tasty and great portion. Also loved the veggie sandwich! Very cute place and staff was helpful and patient!

I decided to try, the veggie sandwIch was definitely not the same as illustrated in yelps pictures very skimp. The gentleman at the counter was abrupt and not welcoming, it was rather awkward. For a cute neighborhood shoppe, I guess I expected at least minimal hospitality.

Do not sleep on this neighborhood market! Not only is it loaded for your charcuterie and premo snacking needs, the sandwiches they churn out of this place are top notch. They got charcuterie, beer and wine, tasty crackers and chips, and baked goods. You can pop a squat outside on a nice day to enjoy your finds. Most importantly though, the sandwiches. Made to order and with freshly sliced deli meat, Slaters kicks sandwiches to the next level with their aiolis and cheeses. My favorite sandwiches are the chicken de lovely - smoked Gouda, chicken, sun dried tomato pesto, tomato, onion, arugula on a fluffy sourdough - and the last waltz - turkey, gravy, stuffing, jam, and Hellman's mayo also in fluffy sourdough. I would die happy if that was my last sandwich. It's like everything you want post thanksgiving but available year round. They have soup specials that come with a side of bread so keep your eyes peeled for the sign on the door. Alternatively if you know what you want you can order online for pick up and delivery. They're very speedy and I've found my orders ready within ten minutes of ordering.Lastly, all of their sandwiches (and pestos) are nut-free! Great for my fellow nut allergy friends who love pesto sans pine nuts. Whether you're treating yourself or hosting your friends, this place is a gem :).

This is one of my favorite local spots, and my go to sandwich place. My favorite is the slaters club. They have a great lunch menu that includes salads, and soup as well. Don't miss out

Omg, delicious. Had the avocado caprese on their rustic baguette, will definitely be back.

Surprisingly, it's so difficult to find shops that can make you a good bowl of soup in Arlington. Thanks to YELP, Slaters Market popped up, which was much different than what the name suggested. I walked in expecting a full blown market, but I found something better. A neighborhood one stop shop. The layout consisted of wine galore, a small market section, a sandwich making station and an ice cream cooler. I ordered their soup of the day, chicken pot pie soup and a grilled cheese sandwich. The chicken pot pie soup had all of the fixings mixed in broth, topped by a flaky biscuit. The grilled cheese. This was thee best grill cheese I've ever had; it had to be the three cheese blend (sharp cheddar, smoke Gouda, provolone) and the option for prosciutto on sourdough bread. I planned to eat half of the sandwich, but my plans changed after one bite. The customer service was friendly, the food tasted great and the pricing was fair. I can not wait to eat lunch there again.

Such a nice local market. I wish my husband appreciated their food more so I could go more often (he thinks it's overpriced). Really friendly staff and nice wine options. Their Market Veggie sandwich is truly worth a visit.

We ordered The Last Waltz, Slater's Club, and a couple chocolate chip cookies for pickup. Upon arrival, we were greeted immediately. It's a cute shop with a ton of snacks, drinks, and beer/wine available. The Slater's Club was our favorite. The Last Waltz is definitely Thanksgiving in a sandwich. The cookies were yummy but had just a little bit too much salt. We'll definitely be back!

Absolutely incredible. The sandwiches are the best in town. They taste like a professional chef made something for himself that he'd actually want to eat. Do not miss out.

This place has some of the best sandwiches I have ever had. The bread tastes freshly baked and has a wonderful texture, the sandwiches are well-constructed so nothing is ever soggy, the ingredients used are fantastic and form unique and delicious flavor combinations, and the chips they offer are wonderful. I love getting lunch from Slaters!

Wonderful little sandwich shop! Just tried it for the first time today and was pleasantly surprised. We got a Sundried Dream sandwich and a Old Town Tuna, both of them were great! As we were leaving, they pulled brownies out of the oven. Needless to say, I will be back to try those as well.
