First of all, I have had fraudulent transaction by a male cashier and the owner and manager refuses to assist in this transaction. In addition to that, there are items that are marked from the factory in the gas station. However, the gas station will charge you more than the price that's marked. In addition to the air pumps that are not property of the gas station. If you lose money and call the number on there. No one stands behind you on you losing money. I feel the gas station is very fraudulent with credit cards and you need to watch your self there

They make people go inside of the station instead of using their card outside at the terminal. So inconvenient. I won’t be back to waste time. The person inside does not understand a lot of english and does not seem to understand what the problem is.

This morning, 12/14/22 i went to get gas from this sunoco (i come here every week or so) and told the older man at the register i’d like to pay 30$ on a pump. 15$ in cash, 15$ on card. I proceeded to give him the cash and paid with my card. At the pump it only gave me up to 15$ worth of gas. I went back inside to get my 15$ in cash back since my card was already charged and card refunds take too long. (i was making it easier on both of us). He proceeded to tell me i had a “bad card” and that i only gave him 15… which was simply untrue. He recused to give me my 15$ in cash, which resulted in me calling the police, as that was direct theft. Reading the other reviews it seems they steal from people often. He argued with the police for a little while before giving them back my cash. He can deny that my card was charged all he wants, my bank statements and receipt says otherwise. This whole place needs to be investigated for theft and fraud. Better yet, shut it down.

Aside from fuel/lottery tickets, I won't be purchasing anything else from this establishment ever again; bought a lone Klondike bar from what limited selection they had left of their ice cream; the clerk behind the counter had no idea what price it was (none of their inventory was priced), and he charges me over 5 dollars for it.I opened it up, only to discard it moments later because it was covered with ice of a questionable color and it had a strange odor to it. Even their candy/snacks/soda are outrageously priced. I hate this place.

Came in for gas and something to drink, purchased a water and a Arizona and some trail mix. Look at the receipt guy charged me for two waters and some trail mix. When I asked why he charged me for two waters he played dumb and said 1 1 was in a rush didn’t feel like arguing. The waters where $3 by the way Arizona ice tea is 99¢

Ripped off by taking$50 on my card for $5 worth of gas. More then 72 hours and still not refunded to my card. Do not use your card at the pump they will take your money and not give it back for a long time.

Just got state inspection. Failed and I don't trust them. Had a bad feeling about them entire time and bad attitudes. No hi, thanks. Jist handed me keys. Hey give me a list of items to fix and none of it is on the report they printed. Went to my mechanic and he said no the lost of things they told you is fine. Just one needs fixing. Don't come here.

The worse shop I have ever encountered. Do not take your car here. About a year ago they did my rear brakes and I was driving to my moms and heard a knocking noise from the rear, stopped and checked and my lug nuts were all loose, finger tight! I had my girl friend take a video while I tightened them and gave it to Noah. Also, the same service for inspection, it took them three times to fix my check engine light. I should have learned my lesson. I just took my Jeep there for State Inspection, after my Jeep was in there for about 40 minutes, I looked and the mechanic had it up on a lift going through it with a fine tooth comb. I asked what he was doing since that should be done when you take your car in for a service, like an oil change. The mechanic said I should talk to the service manager. So on top doing a lousy job, they have terrible policies there, just trying to scam you for money. A State Inspection should take 15 minutes but not here! I will not even tell you what is wrong now, enough to say, do not take you car to this horrible shop, they should not be allowed to work on cars. Maybe they should lose their license to be a shop and only pump gas. Oh, yeah, Noah said his mechanics use a "torque bar" to tighten the lug nuts, guarantee they did not on my wheels! If you like getting ripped off and having a poor job done this you place!

Can't speak to the service department, but their gas prices are crazy higher than neighboring stations (especially for Premium). They jack the price up knowing they are the closest to 395-Duke exit. Nearby Shell and Exxon stations on Duke will consistently be 20-30 cents cheaper a gallon.

Professional and honest. They checked my car for some issues and provided a detailed report. To my surprise, they have not charged me at all. Thank you Grace and the team for your professionalism and honesty.
