I have been coming here for years. They always make repairs, inspections, and emissions in a timely manner. The staff is nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. The leadership is compassionate towards your needs and will consider special accommodations. I highly recommended!

I needed new tires and Simon and team came recommended by neighbors at EOS, now Mason as they changed their name due to a homicide in the complex, as being honest, fair, and doing good work. I had them work on an emergency car situation (I don't remember for what any longer) only to find out later from a friend in the auto industry I got totally hosed on the price (like paid $1000+ when it could have been closer to $350-400). After that and not knowing any better, I had them put on new tires after a blowout. I looked at the tires after they were put on and they looked tired and dirty, so I asked/confirmed repeatedly that they were new. Simon said yes and they were just (really dirty) because they driven around to test them. I asked for a receipt because they he didn't offer one so I could see the brand, size, etc. and the receipt just says "Tires." I had been back and forth already with them on a number of things so I gave up, trusted, and went about my way. 6 months later I am in a different shop and told I need new tires. Cannot afford it as I "just put new ones on," thought they were wrong, and then two other people/places tell me I really need new tires and am not going to make it through the winter. One year and three months later. Eff you guys.

The gas station's convenience made me make frequent stops for gas. Around end of last year though, I had to take my car for inspection. First day (on Saturday) I got there around 8:30 and at around 2p Simon had to tell me that I need to bring the car back on Monday because he had to order some part. I prepaid for the part, labor, oil change and inspection. On Monday I called to let him know I'm on my way and he said "no the part will come tomorrow not today" which was totally not what he said on Saturday. I told him I would take the car to him on Friday and I did. I waited and waited and after 3 to 4 hours of wait, he told me they need more time because the part was not working and want to know what the problem was. He told me to leave the car at the shop so they can start working on it first thing in the morning. No offer of ride. I took Uber home. Next day I waited for them to call but they didn't. I called at noon and he said "oh I was going to call you. The part didn't work for your Honda because yours is a Japan car" (I had no idea what he meant) and he told me he had already ordered the right part. I went and got the car. The second part was supposed to come on the following Wednesday and he told me it will be a quick fix. We agreed that he would do it on Wednesday morning before I head to work. He told me not to show up before 8:30 since the other mechanics won't be there. I got there at 8:30 on Wednesday. He was not there but there was the other mechanic doing his thing. I asked him if he can help but he said he doesn't know if the part was in. I asked the girl at the convenience store (I believe her name is Tirhas) to call Simon and she did. He said he will be in shortly. He called back 30 minutes later and said his daughter is sick and can't make it. He asked the other mechanic to give me a loaner car and asked me to leave mine. I took the loaner car (which I think belonged to another customer because I saw envelopes and personal stuff with name and address that was different from Simon). He said he will be in a little later and fix it and call me around noon. I waited and waited no call. I started calling the shop around 2. The lady who answered the calls (Sophia) kept saying "oh I told him that you called. He didn't call you back? He just took out a car for a test drive". Every time I called, she kept giving me the same answer. Finally at 6p, she said "oh the shop is closed. they are gone I can't help you". I was pissed, speechless, and mad at myself for letting this crap happen to me for that long. My home key was in my car so I asked Sophia to open the shop and get my key. She said he didn't have key to the shop (big liar). Out of frustration, I said I'm calling cops right now and she offered to give me his cell phone right away. I called him. He tried to talk to me as if it was not a big deal. He blamed Sophia. He said he told her to tell me there was an another problem and he needed more time. BS. Well, our conversation didn't go well. I told him to go get my car out or else things would get nasty. He is the mechanic he was supposed to keep me informed. Very unprofessional. He said he would head there and leave my key out to Sophia. When I got there, she said he had some personal issues and couldn't come but she can get the key for me (that's why I called her liar. I knew he had access to my car). That place is a mess. The guy is dishonest, unreliable. I used to go there a lot to get gas, but now I even hate stopping by there.

I am a fun of small businesses and this is one of my go to places. I regularly go to this shop and am always treated great. Even tho their waiting area is very small they try their best to make you comfortable... and it works! You know you're getting quality service each time. The owner is a gentle soul who's calm and skilled. The other employees are also very polite and respectful of your time. I always feel extremely welcomed and have gotten my money's worth when I go for service. Great team!

Staff is so helpful. The mechanics here make good judgement calls when it comes to you taking good care of your vehicle. They are honest and don't mind explaining and showing you the problem. Great prices and fast service, it's hard to find that these days!

Short and to the point. I ended up in a crunch and needed repair work done on my Volkswagen. Talked to Simon and the team in the shop and they stepped up to the challenge, staying after closing and getting my car done that day. And pricing was beyond competitive (and significantly cheaper than the dealer). Cannot say enough good things about Simon, his team, and this whole experience. Phenomenal.

First time coming here for a car repair and so far very impressed! They were able to take me right away early on a Saturday morning, noticed that my inspection sticker was expired right away, and have explained and shown me the problem with my windshield wiper before fixing it. I feel like I'm in great hands and Simon has a very calm and caring demeanor. Won't be my last time coming here for sure!

This is probable the best shop I've ever been to - provides 2 years warranty for any job done including labor and parts at this location while giving the option of part grades and quality (unlike any other place) - fair price and awesome service
