We had previously ordered swivel chairs here, and were so satisfied we ordered a couch and two reclining chairs. Not able to take delivery right away, the store agreed to wait for four months. The delivery was carefully and efficiently done. Would strongly recommend them from sales to placement.

Very low pressure, friendly and informative. Will share more after delivery.Delivery came, very uneventful, and they removed the old couch. Couch is solid as a rock, and the fabric is fantastic, doesn't stain, can safely clean it with bleach, and feels like actual fabric.Although we specifically requested a manual, my wife decided she wanted the electric instead after having issues in full reclined mode (I checked at Marlo and disxovered this is a design feature of all manual recliner mechanisms). They are upgrading us to the electric model for a pittance.

Quality furniture at most reasonable prices! Rare to find an entire team of owners and staff knowing their products inside out and treating you as a truly valued customer. I had an amazing experience with Andy and Rusty who bent over backwards to accommodate my changing needs due to a health crisis between the order and delivery of my bedroom set.No hesitation, total compassion and always smiling. They even came to my house to cut a notch in the baseboard to fit my dresser perfectly (please see attached pic). I doubt I will go anywhere else when I need custom furniture in the future. My best wishes for ongoing success of this family owned business that has been around for decades. Cheers!!!

I began buying furniture from Warehouse Showrooms in 2020 and was very impressed with the team. They are a family owned and run store and also have other workers that are just as much a part of the family that have worked there for decades. They seem to do business the old school way, which I appreciated, where a handshake seals the deal. Don't worry though, you'll still get a written contract. I have continued to order furniture with them years later in 2023. I've bought all my bedroom furniture, dining room table and hutch, and bookshelves from them, and I love them all! I love the all hard wood American made Amish furniture. I will go back for more purchases in the future and highly recommend them. I like that they are not a commercial store and conduct their business properly. They also offer sales/discounts, so time your purchase around the holidays. I have enjoyed working with Andy, Rusty, Pha, and Jorge, but everyone there is great! If you want quality pieces from a legit company, this is the place to buy. Additionally, if there are any issues with your pieces they will come to your house after delivery such as to make them level like on carpet by putting levelers on the pieces for free!

When I was shopping for a new sofa bed and living room swivel chair, several friends recommended Warehouse Showrooms for quality, good prices and service. They have a good variety of styles and sizes of sofas, and even choices for a smaller sofa bed. When it came to choosing fabrics for customizing my order, there were a wide variety of materials and patterns available with no increase in price for each unit. If I had wanted to choose something different from other designer lines and pay the extra cost, that was also possible. I found several choices that would serve. I was able to take home fabric samples two different times to see how they would look in my home and lighting, and all the staff I worked with had very knowledgeable and professional suggestions and comments about various colors and fabrics that raised considerations I hadn't thought of. I ended up choosing fabrics with great confidence that I really like. Likewise, the staff made excellent points to consider about construction and features of both the sofa bed and chair, and yet I never felt pressured to make a decision or to rush. Over two weeks I went back several times, and on each occasion was met with courtesy, good advice, and respect for my opinions and furniture needs. Finally, I found their prices very competitive, and both my items were on sale. I expect delivery in 2-3 months, a shorter time than other places doing custom orders. I saw other solid wood pieces, chairs and tables, with some lovely design elements, to consider in the future. I recommend them unreservedly.

Great sales process, answered all our questions, didn't feel pressured and great selection in the showroom to see and try. Very accommodating with the delivery process as well. Very easy delivery. Can't wait to get the additional items we ordered and begin using everything.

I have been shopping at Warehouse showrooms for about 15 years now and I can't recommend them enough. The whole family is all about our satisfaction and they will go above and beyond for you. And the furniture you buy here is a forever one. I bought a couple of things at first then I hated the other furniture so started replacing all one by one. Now I go there for everything. It is the real deal!!
