Omg I got internet for my house 7 days ago still not activated trying to call the sound behind the phone get cut many time and they say you good go home u gonna have your internet still don’t have it they not helping they don’t do them job right just waste people time and money spectrum is way better service and quality

I had a great experience with the staff at this location. Especially Oscar who was friendly and patient. I didn’t realize I was missing some steps for setting up my internet but Oscar helped me troubleshoot and saved me a ton of time.

Awful. They didn’t set up our account properly when we came in to pick up our router. As a result our account showed inactive. As a result of showing inactive, our account was never transferred in their system, so they charged us an early termination fee, even though we didn’t terminate service.
We spent about 9 hours calling 7 times (one call was 2 hrs and 45 min). We finally drove back to this store to try to resolve; they could not help with the fee and said a tech had to come to our home, even though we had done a self install and everything was working fine.
When we got got, our internet no longer worked.
It just doesn’t make any sense. No one at this store or at Comcast seems to have a clue. We just wanted to transfer service when we moved; nothing complicated.
Hard to understand why they can’t do their core thing, which premiums let people come in every day to do.
Awful awful awful. Tether to your phone, but a WiFi hotspot, use Verizon or do anything but give this oligopoly more business.

Went in today to upgrade my iPhone. Nana (I hope I spelt that correctly!) was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. He made the process seamless and pleasant. Not sure why this store has such bad ratings because everyone in the store was helpful and friendly. The store was well kept and clean. I hope Nana gets the recognition he deserves because he was awesome! :)

I recently visited Xfinity to set up internet for my home and transfer my phones lines, and I had a great experience. Rakeem, who assisted me, was incredibly friendly and helpful. He made the whole process easy and smooth, answered all my questions, and ensured everything was set up perfectly. I really appreciated his excellent customer service and positive attitude.

Very slow customer service. Agents are walking around making customers sit and wait for long. Highly unprofessional place.
