This CVS is tucked away in the corner of a shopping center that highlights an H Mart. You can easily miss it. It's a standard CVS with plenty of parking and self checkout options.

Racism and discrimination are never acceptable. CVS do better!I was here in the store the item I wanted was locked so I asked an assistant from one of the employees She opened it up, but she refused to hand it to me When I asked to check if it was open and I wanted to Double-check how many pieces the products hadThe employee said ‘I can only show it to you in the front by the register’ This never happened to me I’ve been there multiple times she treated me differently and discriminated against me just because I was a black woman I asked to speak to a supervisor/the manager. She was a lady with hijab on she didn’t help at all. She apologized once and tried to dismiss me This is unacceptable. never coming by this locationAlso, the employee was a lady with a hijab as wellCVS train your employees not to discriminate against customers because of their skin color.

The store associate lied and told me the bathroom was closed and would not allow me to use it. Extremely rude and inconsiderate to customers.

Just called this CVS to see if their photo printer works. Someone from pharmacy picked up, said “Hold on one moment” then said “Thank you bye”.The CVS employee hung up without answering my question. Never going here.

This CVS really has its issues. I have called them now many times to renew Perscriptions sometime they are lost especially if you leave a message. They send me a email that a Perscription is ready and when you go the next day they say sorry. Someone put it back on the shelf. This store needs help.

If you send them couple through goodx online they will say we never received. CVS in Arlington immediately took online coupon and gave me discount and delivered free at my home. This store is weird. They ask me to bring the coupon physically at store risking my self to go to store in Covid !!!

Store is very organized, associates are very helpful. Management take care of things very well. I always enjoyed shopping here because of associate friendliness and things are properly tagged. I am always fully satisfied shopping in this store.

I gave one star because all of them are excellent workers. However, There is a old lady, she speaks spanish. And she wear glasses, and my mom asked her for help, So she helped my mom, but she helped my mom with a extremely bad attitude. She usually is rude when you ask her questions. My mom told me that she hasn't never ever feel such mistreated.

Not really sure why this place is rated so low. They have always had everything I've needed ready and available. The pharmacy has always been clear about their communication, wait times and they haven't ever got my meds wrong. The store itself is still pretty small and doesn't have a wide variety of options but it's a CVS not a Walmart so that comes with the territory.

I'd just like to say thank you to Said. I went in to pick up my blood thinners, but kept having an issue with my card and decided to come back the next day. He was nice enough to keep my bag with the other items I was going to purchase to the side for me, and kept it there until the next day. The following day, I went in and, once again, my card was not accepted so I had to leave to sort out the issue. I honestly expected the staff to do away with the bag but today my father went to pick up my medication for me, and it turned out that they had still been holding the bag for me. I realize that it doesn't sound like a lot but it was just a very thoughtful action, in my eyes. I'm younger so most people don't realize that I have some pretty severe health problems, and tracking down medications in the aisle is just not great for someone who passes out a lot. So, once again, thank you so much for the work you do!
