Phone service sucks. Needs to hire new clerks and receptionist. Not to mention the ridiculous 10 dollar service fee it charges to make payments over the phone. For someone who doesn’t live in Appomattox it’s a hassle going out there to make payments, so the fact you have to pay a 10 dollar fee for over the phone convenience is stupid. Not to mention I got charged an extra 2 dollars when that’s never happens and the clerk Emily said it had to have been my bank! If it wasn’t for me having to get my car financed through them I wouldn’t be here. Would not recommend!

I don't have a problem with the place is the online service I Don't like. I can't pull my account up when I need to it takes so many try before I can connect to it...so frustrating ? ?

Absolutely amazing people. Gwen, for starters help me out with all my questions I had about a loan I have though them. She sent me all the information in the mail and just was an amazing person to speak with on the phone. Helped me understand everything and was able to break it down for me. 10/10 recommend
