Always understaffed, which makes wait times ridiculous. I called last week to try to ask a question about my medication and was waiting to speak to someone for almost 45 minutes before giving up and calling back. I then waited nearly half an hour before giving up entirely. I had tried to refill a medication using the CVS app a few days before, but it wasn't eligible until this day. I kept checking the app all day and it never updated from "in process" so I wanted to know if there was an issue. When I was finally able to get them this week, only one person was working. I was second in line but still had to wait more than 20 minutes because the pharmacist had to prepare and administer multiple vaccines. 6 or 7 people got in line behind me before I was seen, but 3 of them gave up and went to shop first before it was my turn to get my medication.

Not surprised this CVS has such bad reviews. I just called the number on google and followed the prompt to say that I am a patient and would like to speak to the pharmacy staff and the pharmacist answered the phone and was very rude saying that this is the doctor line and she has an actual doctor on the phone and hung up. I called again and she again said that this is the doctors line very rudely and I said they should fix the number on google and she started yelling saying "this is the doctors line i know my doctors line". I hung up and decided not to give them my business anymore.

Twice in the last month I've made appointments for vaccination later the same day at this location. I arrive only to be told that they have no vaccine in stock. The system should not have let me make an appointment at that location. Come back in a few days they say. Once was a waste of time. Twice is corporate incompetence.

This pharmacy used to be the best! The best employees very respectful and provided great costumer service, however the new that they have recently hired it’s a middle aged African woman isn’t professional, when you arrive she is always on her phone, doesn’t even get up when you talk to her you have to scream your information to the public, then she never has anything on stuck! I never had to wait to get meds before and now she makes me wait 1-3 days, what about people with chronic illness and restrict RX prescriptions that cannot be transferred to another pharmacy? She just laugh and say idk she is rude and not care for the well being of the sick people!

They don't open until 11am on Sundays, which is fine. However, they don't bother to answer the phone to provide assistance or answer questions. Instead, the "on hold" music and CVS messaging play on repeat for as long as you are willing to waste your time.

I just had the nicest pharmacy experience here. Zara, the pharmacist was very kind and informative while I was visiting for my vaccines shots. She asked me to keep my shoulders working in circular motion after the shot ( and trust me it really help), she made sure I got a water bottle so that I can stay hydrated and did a few other things to help when she absolutely had no obligations. I’m visiting this location for my future needs

Zahra (the pharmacist) is so kind! She has administered our flu shots two years in a row now and turns what could be a very run-of-the-mill experience into one that is seamless, empathetic, and patient-oriented.

The regular pharmacist at this location takes excellent care of me & my prescriptions. They keep the ball rolling faxing my doctors when a new refill is required. Informing me of a potential problem, that a new prescription may counter act with an existing prescription. So friendly & patient! They are superb in managing & maintaining the consistent flow of my monthly maintenance medications!!

I rarely have anything bad to say, and I try to avoid giving bad reviews. However, this CVS was the worst. The customer service at the pharmacy specifically, was horrible. I had a time sensitive prescription and they said it would be filled. I never received a call that it was ready, so I called 3 times and spoke to 3 different pharmacists. They said they'd fill my order. I waited another WEEK, and finally had enough. I went in person and asked why it hadn't been filled when it had been over 2 weeks and I needed it desperately. The pharmacist working nonchalantly told me they couldn't fill that specific medication so I'd need to call my doctor, or they could transfer it to a location 20 miles away if I had a car (which I don't)... very unprofessional. A good pharmacists would have called and conveyed that information early on, so I could make different plans.. I would not recommend this place.

I cannot stress enough how disappointed I am with the customer service here. If I could give negative stars I would. They claim to be 24 hours but we attempted to walk in about half an hour ago to grab some vitamins that my husband desperately needed. NOT prescriptions...just over the counter vitamins. There were FOUR employees on the clock. THREE of them were busy smoking out front. The only employee actually WORKING was one special woman who was working her a** off doing inventory. To that woman...I LOVE you! To the rest...I cannot believe you still have a job.
