Avoid this company at all costs . Extremely unprofessional and rude .
They overcharged us , misled us and to top it off forgot to renew a policy despite a direct written request to do so .
They refused to issue our refund after we cancelled our policy and then resorted to insults and refusing to communicate with us .
Definitely not the type of people that you want being responsible for safeguarding your business and assets . We switched to Geico and I am happy to never have to deal with State Farm after this experience .

Michael is an excellent agent in Arlington VA for auto, home or renter's insurance. When I moved to Virginia, I needed an agent, and I was lucky to find Michael in the list of top 10 insurance agents. Michaels was friendly, enthusiastic, and wanted to earn my business. Michaels answered my questions and quoted me the best prices. Consequently, he got me insured for my autos and home and renter's insurance all at the same place which is State Farm. Michael Garcia is hands down the best insurance agent I’ve ever worked with. He’s super knowledgeable, takes the time to explain everything, and actually cares about what’s best for you—not just selling a policy. You can tell he genuinely wants to help, which is so rare. Plus, he’s really good at explaining complex topics in layman’s terms to make you feel at ease and in control. If you’re looking for someone who knows their stuff and actually makes the process feel easy (in a good way!), he’s your guy. Highly recommend, five stars, tell your friends ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Today, Tuesday 11/12/24, I called the State Farm Insurance Agent and I just wanted to have a copy of my home insurance and email it to my new email address. the Staff Mr. Mark Musa is a great employee, he has outstanding level of customer service, he knows what he is doing ,very professional, he loves his job and this is clearly reflected on the way he deals with the customers. Mr. Mark solved my issue very quickly. Big company like State Farm is lucky to have Mr. Mark working for it! Thanks & appreciated!

I reached out to Isaiah Nelson for new renter's insurance and he provided me a quote in my email within minutes, saved me money compared to my previous policy with another company, and I had a page of declarations before I left the leasing office. I highly recommend this company for excellent customer service and efficiency.

They will pick up the phone and hang up or better yet they’ll answer you and not say anything! In my opinion: REVIEWS ARE BOTS OR FAKE!Truth be told if your looking for an insurance and a local “agent” I’d definitely wouldn’t recommend!I was trying to get an update on when they’ll have someone come out to take a look at my car after a driver who has this individual as a “agent” and getting in touch was as stated from the start. RUDE, AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE! How State Farm has someone like this representing them like this is crazy to me.

This agency has been prompt and helpful from the start. I'm very pleased with the quality of service I received today. I was able to speak with Alex this morning to set up a great policy. He was very patient and accommodating. Glad to have coverage from Mike on the Pike!
