Nirmali is an amazing banker. My uncle Yohannes has been going here for years and she has always assisted him and remained thorough throughout the years.
She is extremely efficient, kind and helpful. I appreciate her transparency in answering our questions. I definitely will recommend her to my friends and family in the area.

ATM out of order. ATM also doesn't dispense cash at Rolling road location in Springfield. The branch is closed so no option but to go to the 7-11 ATM on Washington blvd. and pay fees. Wells Fargo is useless.

I have had great experience each time I have visited this branch. The bankers always greet me warmly and I have not had to wait more than a few minutes for assistance. The manager Ed El Bachiri especially, provides excellent service each time I have used this branch. His customer service is outstanding and he quickly and smoothly gets your banking needs done. One time, even when it was just about close of business hours, he made it a point to take my appointment and complete my banking request. Thank you for your 5-star service!

I’ll never come back to this bank in CleardonI was trying to open New account..and I already have appointment at 4 pm .. they made me wait like an hour and then they told me Can you come back tomorrow morning we are SORRYLike i don’t have nothing to do in my life after waiting for appointment they left me In room waiting the whole time the Manager talked to me and said we’ll help you today don’t worry and staff were unhelpful poor customer service and they need more ppl working there I’m glad I didn’t open my account there and I was thinking to open business account as well …not recommended.

I rarely need to go into a bank due to direct deposit, mobile app. I went to the Clarendon branch today and my experience could not have been better. I was immediately greeted by the manager Ed El Bachiri and he personally made sure I was taken care of. The entire staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. I work in hospitality so I know great genuine service when I see it. As far as others complaining about their car getting towed…anyone living in Arlington knows parking is at a premium and if you park in an open lot and are not there for the establishment you risk being towed.

Staff has always been helpful and friendly but I'm at the point I don't feel safe using the ATM after they close. I walk at night and see people just hanging out and partying. I'm assuming they allow bar goers to use their parking lot and it looks like the aftermath of a tailgate party. The trash and beer have been getting worse the last few weeks. This morning there is busted beer bottles in the lot. Just not a good look, Wells Fargo.

After reading so many negative reviews of this branch, I want to share my experience there.I have had an excellent experience in all respects there:1. opening accounts,2. making deposits,and on many occasions,3. making withdrawals from the ATM outside on Washington Boulevard.The in-person service has always been courteous and efficient.

This bank is very fraudulent and messed up. This bank allowed for someone to steal my sister’s funds for her children by a fraudulent imposter. Its has to stop NOW!!! She went to a store unrelated to this bank with my nieces and nephews and she couldn’t even pay for their stuff that they were looking forward to having. Imagine the pain the kids walked out with but furthermore they devastation my sister felt seeing the hurt and pain seeing her kids endured. Please stop allowing this to happen to people. How could you’ll allow someone to steal from a person with their personal bank card? Now she has to wait for an investigation in order to get her money back. This has to stop IMMEDIATELY!!!

PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH YOUR EBT CASH FUNDS AND OTHER CARDS! THIS BANK ALLOWED SOMEONE TO WITHDRAWAL OVER $1000 WITHOUT MY CARD OR CONSENT! THIS WAS VERY DEVASTATING TO MY FAMILY! I’M NOW OUT OF MONEY FOR RENT AND OTHER THINGS MY 4 BABIES NEED! ITS VERY TRAUMATIZING WELLS FARGO IS NOT EVEN MY BANK SO EVERYONE PLEASE BE CAREFUL‼️
