Bad customer service. They moved my appointment date 3 times at the last minute. I have been a client for 2 years and they donāt have any respect, itās not worth spending your time and money in this salon.

All the staff was super nice and the place was clean they open early at 7am so that helps for long drives.

It became a bizarre environment while I was there last time: there was this stylist with long black hair (who wasnāt my stylist working on me) who began to draw the rest of the idle stylists into some kind of prank game and photo op, some kind of joke between them; she got another stylist to pick up a very large long beam from the back of the room and carry it perpendicular, which could have hit a customer, and walk back and forth with it on the floor repeatedly past customers while this crazy stylist who initiated the whole prank kept taking pictures and kept telling the other stylist to keep repeating the walk with this long beam. They didnāt care about the couple customers that were there and their safety, and itās too small a space to be playing those games. To carry that long beam just for juvenile fun next to customers was a really unprofessional and reckless thing to do while they were all laughing about some private joke shared among them. NOT going back there and risk my safety.

I love Hairport! Iāve been going for years to see Michelle Jackson who is just cool as a cucumber and does a really nice job keeping my mop in order. Itās a really well run salon and super convenient to get to with ample parking. Highly reccomend Hairport and Michelle Jackson!

Today I had the best appointment with Matilda. She NEVER EVER disappoints! I've been a client of hers for almost 20 years and always walk away feeling like a princess. She and the entire staff take such good care of me (and all of their clients). It's like a party when I go and like hanging with besties.

We know Matilda for more than 16-years now and she is just simply amazing on her work. Her delicacy&talent to amaze each client is her main skill, to leave and feel impressed by her hands.
She is quick, easy and accommodating each time we have a last minute booking.
