Merit school of Broadlands has always been a very welcoming place. Being a first-time mom and away from family, Merit was exactly what we needed for our son. He did two years at the school and always had caring teachers and creative activities to enjoy with other kids. I recommend Merit to anyone looking for a safe, flexible and service-driven school. Our son was always happy here.

Dear [Merit School of Broadlands] Management,I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my deep concern and dissatisfaction with the experiences my child and I have had at your daycare.Unfortunately, our time at [Merit School of Broadlands] has been marked by significant issues that have greatly impacted my child's well-being and my peace of mind. My child has been repeatedly suspended, allegedly for involvement in fights or biting incidents. This has caused not only distress for my child but has also led to anxiety on my part, resulting in a negative impact on both our emotional well-being.Furthermore, the inconsistent communication from the staff has added to our concerns. I have experienced panic and apprehension each time I receive a call from the daycare, unsure of whether it brings good or bad news. This situation reached a point where even a routine call about my child's swim suite induced anxiety.I want to bring to your attention the promises made during the enrollment process by [Andre], specifically regarding accommodations for my work schedule. Regrettably, these promises were not upheld, leading to severe consequences for my professional life. This not only contradicts the initial assurances but also resulted in nearly jeopardizing my employment.Moreover, the placement of my child in a class with much older children, as well as the reported presence of bullies in the SAC class, raises serious concerns about the overall safety and well-being of the children attending your daycare.I implore you to address these issues promptly and transparently. It is crucial for the well-being of the children entrusted to your care and for the peace of mind of parents like myself. Documentation and clear communication are essential in ensuring that both parents and daycare staff are on the same page regarding the care and treatment of our children.I sincerely hope that you take this complaint seriously and work towards improving the quality of care and communication within your facility.Sincerely,Joy Uko

Merit School of Broadlands has well put together summer programs for kids and Leadership is very hands-on, solid, and effective. We really feel that everyone at Merit cares very much about the kids. We definitely recommend this school!We haven't met a person that wasn't smiling with the kids yet. Specially Mr. Antony, he always goes above and beyond for kids in his class. He has proven himself to be an experienced caregiver that one can rely on. He is very patient and energetic! We appreciate his patience, enthusiasm, and extraordinary service. He is the most asset to the organization. Our son likes him so much and as a result he looks forward to exciting new adventures every day.We like the constant updates from the app as well as the pictures of what the kids do daily so we can talk with our son later at night about the cool things he got to do.Keep up the great work in preparing the next generation for their future!

Transferred my kids here and I couldn’t be more happy. Andrea does her THING! She really truly cares about the kids and I love that for them! Highly recommend.The food is prepared fresh everyday, Ms. Tati & the teachers are great too! It has overall been an amazing experience.

We are so happy with the Junior Kindergarten experience that our son has had this past year. Andrea has a clear vision for each of the programs, and it is apparent how much she loves each and every child like her own. All of the staff members are wonderful clearly go the extra mile to get to know ALL the kids. We can't leave in the afternoon until he finishes saying goodbye to ALL of his teachers in the other classrooms. I am appreciative of the proactive communication via the app and email, especially the weekly lesson plans, and I also love that fresh meals are served daily. We would highly recommend The Merit School of Broadlands to any family looking for a child care facility that is well taken care of and feels like home away from home.

My daughter is part of the after school group. I love how responsible they are so that she can do her tasks and get home with them ready. My daughter loves being in Merit, leaving her school and meeting with her other classmates. Apart from the fact that she loves the director Ms. Andrea how creative, loving and fun she is with everyone. I don't regret the decision I had to enroll my daughter in Merit, it has been a new adventure for both of us.

My 9 years old loves SAC class a lot. She enjoys snack time there. She always says she has so much fun and looks forward to going there.My 5 years old also likes this school and and asks to go daily?Ms Andrea and Ms Tatya are very friendly and helpful. They are always concerned about the kids safety and well being.Best school for my kids?
