I applied for a lot of jobs with you, and every time you send me the same message. This is not fair. Please, next time, if I apply for a job with you, please hire me. Please, do not send me the same rejection letter every time. You did not even conduct a job interview for me. This is not fair.

THE WORST BANKING INSTITUTION!!! BEWARE. BEWARE. BEWARE. Because of the pandemic, I needed to schedule an appointment to get a simple cashiers check. I took off work and planned my day around my appointment. When I got to the facility, I was told that the "machine was down." As a member of this bank for 30 years, they did not have the courtesy to call be before hand or let me know in any way that they would not be able to complete the service I had my appointment for. When I brought my concerns to the branch manager, Yenisel Lambert, I received zero empathy. She said, "I'm not going to apologize or say sorry because this was not my appointment." She was less than helpful and should not be in a position to manage others, or interact with members at all. Zero customer service skills. Their mission to be the lifelong primary financial partner for our members, HOWEVER, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU AS A MEMBER OR YOUR TIME. STILL WAITING FOR SFFCU TO MAKE IT RIGHT.

It's nice to have a location so close!!!! You can find them at One Loudoun nestled in between Trader Joe's and Zoe's Kitchen, and needless to say it's a welcome addition to the area!!!!! Walking into this location is like a swanky little lounge and not a credit union at all!!!! Modern and upscale it feels nothing short of upper echelon banking at its best. It's worth noting that the ATM is located inside the branch. There are some familiar faces at this location that you may recognize if you have ever visited one of the other locations. Service was quick and efficient. Parking is not and issue, the parking lot is huge.
