Received massage to pick prescription, when I come to pick up, Mrs. Mariam replied to come after 2 pm, when I came at 3:18 pm, prescription was ready, but Mrs. Mariam or pharmacist was not present to fix the doz, waiting 30 minutes to pick up, they don’t know how to communicate, and not nice.

I asked very politely if they have a bathroom here. The employee said they do not have a public restroom! What kind of store is this? If you are a CVS customer here, you might want to think twice before shopping here. I definitely will not return to shop at this WOKE CVS STORE # 1386. There are plenty of older people who have to take a leak. The employees do not seem to care. Time to piss the carpet. One Star from CVS customers. I hope the CVS' CEO is listening here.

Unprofessional pharmacy staff. Every time miss the orders, can’t fill order on time. Will tell you lie that your insurance doesn’t cover medicine but when you call it is acceptable.Lazy and not honest. Pharmacist Andrew didn’t helped me and was not able to find my orderMy three years old daughter need the bath room but store associate say it is broken and they never open it customer.

Poor service - if there’s any service at all. For over prized items they should know how to help their customers.I’ll rate them 1/4 star if there’s that option.

I went to pick up my UPS package from the CVS store the manager was very rode LIA was her nameI don't recommend that location to any one also i asked for Sonia and they told me she is not there and can not locate my packageI contacted UPS and they confirm the package is there at CVS locationsome one should read all the complains that location has and do something about it

The store associate (the lady) who helped me is all in all fantastic. She took her time to listen ; took care of multiple transaction patiently, with friendly smile caring. She made sure that I have everything correct. Courteous, very professional. I like her a lot. She is a real customer service or knowledgeable to work in a people related business similar… I am glad I went there. She made my day .

The pharmacist misbehaved, been rude and impolite. I had a drop off prescription, and he was simply a “dick”, by rudely saying we don’t take drop offs and go somewhere else.

I'd give zero stars if it were an option. The pharmacy staff don't answer the phone. Ever. I was there in line once and watched them laugh about not answering the phone. Today I'm calling to check on availability of my new Rx and they're not answering again. Slow. Understaffed. Absolutely the worst CVS I've ever tried. Will be switching.

I waited in a line more than 30minutes to pick up a prescription and there were only 3 people before me. A lady was helping all of us while Mohammed was doing nothing. My 5 year old girl who is sick wanted to use a bathroom and Mohammed said they dont have a bathroom for my 5 year old girl.All of this I would tolerate but when it was my turn the lady said her system is locked. Had Mr Mohammed helped out with the prescription orders all of this would have been prevented. He gave me other CVS address to pick up which I pushed and ask and I went and got it. I normally understand customer service providers but I am extremely disappointed of his none service.I will never never send my prescription to this store. Extremely ignorant.

Dont spend your money in this cvs. They dont deserve the business. Rud male casher snd unproffetonal spanish manager treat people very bad. We will l never go there as long as these 2 people work there.

Very unprofessional staff working in this store in the pharmacy, my prescription was sent yesterday at 6 PM and I am here 3:55PM the next and is not done yet. I asked why he just shake his shoulder and said oh well. I wish there was any supervisor or store manager I can talk to. Sham on their service.

Refused to give my husband his pain prescription after a dental extraction because the dentist left out one letter of his last name when they sent over the script. Petty that they couldn’t just verify his identity with all his other info, but we jumped through hoops to contact his doctor after hours to get them to send over another script, so he went back to pick up and denied him AGAIN because they said they “didn’t feel comfortable”.

Walked four times (2/days) for my prescription and it was not ready, I can clearly say this pharmacy don’t care for the health of others. The management has to take care of such issues.

Save yourself the headache. I transferred a prescription here and was told they are ordering it yet it had been two weeks. I have tried to call for three days to get it put on hold so I can transfer it out to another pharmacy. I have called 4 times a day and stayed waiting for 30+ minutes and have still yet to speak with anyone. Because of this I still don't have my medication. DONT CALL YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS HERE, you can't get anyone on the phone.
