When I walked in there were 5 people in line ahead of me. ONLY ONE teller, waited while 4 of those people did there business. Then the man in front of me had a lot of business to conduct as I waited almost 5 minutes and he still wasn't done. SO I LEFT!!! It's this type of nonsense that is responsible for me closing all of my at Atlantic Union.

Worst bank I've ever had. The employees their are always hateful besides maybe 2. I've gotten tired of their mess and nasty attitudes. I asked for my money back and they said they'd give it back, n then when I said I'ma close my account tomorrow what's the process cuz I'm tired of this problem I keep having where it's not always showing me my accurate amount. they said well if ur gonna do that I'm not giving it back to you as a threat to make me keep my account their. so I said to hell with it keep it ima closing my accounts tomorrow definitely not staying after that encounter. Don't recommend this place at all.

I have been banking at the Bedford branch for several years now and have been so grateful for the staff and the service they provide. They are always so kind and genuinely willing to assist. Thank YOU for being so wonderful to work with! As a customer, customer service is priceless.

Been going to this Bank for a long time. It super, have good checking accounts and safe deposit box, and really friendly staff, like Walker and Nancy. Nancy helped me a few months ago when someone drafted my account she was very helpful. Walker also has helped with my accounts, and always is smiling. Thanks for a Top Notch Bank
