We've been working with Wendy since last fall to find our perfect home and I am so grateful for her in more ways than I can express. She's been the most fun to walk through houses with, has a wealth of knowledge and a calm way of walking us through a huge and daunting task.
Professionally, I work with Wendy through my job at a Settlement Attorney's office and she is one of my favorite people to work with and I know we can always be sure to have everything we need. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

We met Wendy 11 years ago when looking for a home. She did an excellent job of finding a perfect home for us which met all our needs. She is the best, and if there ever came a time we were wanting to sell, we would certainly call on her again.

Wendy was great for this first time home seller. She walked us through the process and helped us to have a successful close and we will definitely be in touch again if this ever comes up again.

Wendy is absolutely fabulous! I cannot thank her enough for making the entire home selling process easier than I could ever imagine. I was selling my home from long distance and Wendy handled the complete process for me. The house was on the market for only a short period of time and Wendy handled all aspects of the listing (which she did a lovely job of describing the house), the showings--of which there were many--and the closing--which was very quick, done remotely on my end and went off without a hitch. I relied on Wendy's expertise on handling the MULTIPLE offers and trusted her judgement completely. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Wendy and would trust her to handle ANY and ALL of my real estate transactions.

Integrity is a big issue that reveals itself at times in small details.(1) We all can cut corners or take ethical shortcuts, given sufficient pressure. The integrity issue arises when you are given the opportunity to correct a mistake, and to make good on the harm you have done someone.* Do you say "Thank you for bringing this to my attention, I'm sorry," and then make things right?* Or cower behind some version of "the Nuremberg defense?" (I was compelled by circumstances. I was only following orders. etc.)A few months ago, Ms. Witt destroyed items of my valued personal property, without my knowledge, permission, or consent. I asked her to make good on five selected items(2), and was told that she was very sorry. The idea of making things right never seemed to cross her mind. Those missing items stayed on my mind, though, so I contacted the Better Business Bureau, the regional realtor's association, and the state licensing board. Still no satisfaction.Since a personal request proved fruitless, as well as escalating attempts to resolve things "in house," I think it's time, regretfully, to go public.~~~(1) The band Van Halen had a simple integrity test. Check the bowl of M&Ms in the dressing room. If they saw brown M&Ms, they knew that the promoter had not read the contract rider, and may well have endangered the performers or the audience with other inadequacies.(2) The items I miss most were:~~~ Ace Poly Residential Wheelbarrow, purchased from Ace Hardware.~~~ Computer desk~~~ Porch/patio furniture~~~ Café table & chairs~~~ Cub Cadet riding lawnmower

Wendy was recommended to us when we inherited some property in Bedford. Since I don't live there, everything was easily handled by phone and computer. She was friendly, answered all my questions and - best - had an offer within 24 hours!
