Where do I even start?? First off the branch manager is absolutely no help at all… secondly most of the employees are inexperienced and not up to speed on procedures… Several months now they have been cashing my daughters checks and in fact refused me once because she wasn’t with me… BUT when I went to deposit her checks into my account they tried to deny me the right to do so because my daughter signed the check wrong and didn’t have it signed over to me properly… EASY FIX… Then the branch manager proceeds to tell the guy who just started what to say to me about this is the only time… then she proceeded to come over to the window and said my child needed an ID to deposit her checks into my account!?! Make that make sense!? And that she didn’t know that was my daughter! EXCUSE ME YES YOU MOST CERTAINLY DO KNOW….You have been cashing hers for months but now you don’t know!?! I have never been more ready to close an account and leave a financial institution as I am right now!!! I will be closing my account and heading right down the road to another bank that will NOT DEMAND ME TO GET MY CHILD AN ID…. DO BETTER!!!
