The crew did an excellent job cleaning and treating my dock, stairs and deck. They were very professional and completed the project in a timely manner. I was very impressed with the fact that they thoroughly cleaned up before they left….would definitely recommend.

The crew doing the work were great. They did the power washing and the staining/sealing of a double boathouse and 2 story dock, walkway, stairways and two large decks off the back of our house. All together a5 1/2 day job.Took some time between estimates and actual work being done. Partly weather, partly spring pollen/tree droppings, partly some communications gaps.In general we are happy with Renew Crew's performance.Service: Power/pressure washing

Sean and his crew did a great job power washing and staining our porch, deck and exterior trim. He was very clear about the work to be done, did not over-promise about what could be done in light of our existing peeling paint, and was very responsive when we had questions. This is the second major job they've done for us, and we will most definitely use them again.

I hired these folks to power wash my deck and boat house. I selected them in particular because of this statement on their work order: "The low pressure wash is unlike high pressure washing because it will not damage or mark the surface." Well, that turns out to be totally untrue. They stripped paint off nearly everything that wasn't composite meaning all the supports, railings, and benches. Now, I understand that this could happen but the fact that they just continued their work and didn't stop to alert me of this situation is just plain unprofessional. I obviously would have told them to just wash the composite and skip the rest or come up with another solution. Now, I need to hire a painter as well. Of course they offered to do this work for me.... for an additional fee. That was never going to happen.

These guys did a great job on my house in Gasburg. I live in Richmond and they literally handled the estimate, work, and cleanup remotely. They cleaned my porch and boat dock, as well as some patio furniture, and removed every speck of mildew. They were responsive and timely, and I am getting another estimate from them for a different project. I will add any further details after this additional work, but as of now I'd clearly recommend them.

They did a great job but when we called them to come back and get a place they missed on our cedar house they never responded. The rest of house looks great and they would have gotten 5 star but did not call me back.
