I used to come here every year for state inspection. Never again.
First off, the service center says they close at 5:00pm on google. I called to double check, the guy says they’re closing at 4:30. Whatever, no big deal. I head over there and
I showed up 20 mins prior to closing and the dude put the closed sign up in front of my car without even talking to me and walked away to work on another vehicle.
Good job sir 👏you got to go home early by turning away a customer!

Roadside assistance stripped my lugnuts when I got my tire replaced. I bought some lugnuts from advanced auto and the Sunoco ultra service center replaced the lugnuts within minutes. When I went in to settle the labor fee, the guy said I was good. I don’t think the labor would’ve been very much, but I still appreciated the free service.

State inspection - before you go, check to be sure all your lights are working. I have been getting my cars inspected here for many years. The person that inspects the cars is always helpful, trustworthy, and friendly. However, the office policies are NOT customer friendly. I recently got my car inspected and one of the side lights was out. I thought it would be about $20 to replace (maybe $10 labor and $5-8 for bulb. The actual price was $26 labor to replace bulb (about 2 minutes work) plus $6 for bulb PLUS $7.40 Shop Supplies PLUS $3.00 Hazardous Materials charge for a total of $42.40 to replace one small bulb. My father would call that Highway Robbery. The Inspector gets 5 stars and the Manager 1 star.

Do not take your cars here am a single Mom with four kids and this guy said it'll only take 10 minutes, he walked around, sat down then started connecting his things after a while and went to sit, after disconnecting. Got on his phone to talk. I checked 45 mnts later, what happened it's been 50mnts he started looking at my tires and unscrew them while doing all this kept looking at me. I looked away he went to sit, 1 hour into it he started hand writing things. Just got daylights changed, he said it's bad, change them, a lot of the things that the car was good in last inspection which was good today he said it's bad and the breaks, which am getting my mechanic looked at but as I drove to work and home my car was oddly shaking, I found this bolt almost out, not placed back in. Which this is life threatening. It's disappointing and dangerous.

The worst. If I could only give a 0. I brought my car for inspection. They told me I needed a $1,100 repair of my headlight. My regular mechanic charged $56 to fix it, and it passed inspection no problem. DISHONEST. WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. NOT EVEN FOR GAS.

We stopped here last night for gas returning from our vacation. Spent over $60 in gas and snacks. I used the restrooms than went to walk our dog so my wife could use the restroom. All of which took under 3 minutes. My wife went in, walked to the bathroom door which said vacant and for some reason the door was locked. My wife asked the attendant if someone was in the bathroom, he said no, and that he purposely locked the keys in the bathroom so that no one could use it. I don't even know what to say to that, other than I would avoid this place for gas or snacks.

He is trying to get a lot of money I went to change break pads and without seeing the car he wants to change routers it doesn’t make sense and charge 450 dollars wawo this guy is unreliable

I would never take your car here...I broke down near this place and the clearly took advantage of the price. I showed back up to pick up my car and they charged me $400 normal than repair, and guess what? The mechanic was gone.. I was bullied into paying more because they knew I was desperate.
