Great convenient store. Very clean and well stocked. I visited to this day on restocking my vitamins and supplements. CVS had everything I was looking for, and plenty of options.

Very rude employees for some reason today I got treated like a second-class citizen at this cvs. They told me a lie saying that they don't let customers use the bathroom when I had used the bathrooms before at this cvs. And they accuse my daughters of stealing, snatch! the goods out of my daughter's hand and check the receipt to later just apologize. I've been at this CVS many times before and I had really good experiences but today was horrible .

Terrible. One of the workers was terribly rude! Never going there again. Was treated like a criminal for a $13 concealer i paid for. Wouldn’t recommend unless you want to be harassed. I’m taking my money to Walgreens

terrible customer service. The pharmacist could not give me their full attention when I was trying to resolve an issue with insurance. She would talk to me while also talking to someone on the phone. I ended up transferring to Walmart to have my script filled. CVS would not even transfer for me, and the Walmart pharmacist had to call several times to get a hold of anyone. Walmart had superior service and actually showed empathy towards their customers

Absolutely the worst. Ditch the “self check out” machines and invest in polite, respectful employees to serve your customers. The one employee you’ve had both times I’ve recently been there spent her time helping people use the self check out machines. A line formed quickly. Trust me, you’re losing more business than you are gaining by requiring your customers to work for you. You’re not saving money with these machines. Goodwill use to mean something in this country…

CVS has quickly become one of my favorite places to shop, thanks to the many coupons and sales provided. I've visited this location maybe a couple times in the past, but it has still been a while. I had a moment trying to find the actual store from the shopping center entrance (leaving Lotte). There is enough parking around the store.
I didn't see many staff around, but that's fine, being how familiar I've become with the stores (haha).
The app isn't the best and always asks me to update, but always has better prices than the in-store price tags, not much, maybe max $1, but still =D. I usually end up collecting all my items, while adding them to my app cart, then check out. Typically the staff love when I do this for them. There was a CVS employee hanging out at the counter, so I went up to her and asked her to scan my items. She was very nice. Aside from that interaction, I can't comment much on customer service.

Chancha was amazing and so helpful and quick for my passport renewal pictures!! I called this morning just to make sure that this location has the set up for passport pictures and lo and behold they do! They told me no appointment was needed and I could just walk in. I came in around 6 PM and it was so comfortable and so easy. She took several pictures and showed me which one I liked best and printed them out clearly and cut them out perfectly to submit with my passport renewal!! I'll certainly keep this in mind for next time :) only $18 ($16 with added tax) for 2 copies!
