I origiinally wrote this as a five star rating but see below for issues.
There are four Auto Parts store near me. I have always had great experience at the AutoZone on S. MILITARY HWY. I ordered my car battery and they delivered it within a half hour. I am exceptionally pleased with the price and service. I was very pleased with my online purchase but getting my old battery refund was quite an ordeal. As noted on my online purchase I just drop off the battery and my core deposit of $20 is applied as a discount onto my card. I immediately brought in my old battery and showed the employee my purchase. She said she needed the paper receipt. That was attached to the bottom of my new installed battery. Other customers collected the needed tools and after 30 mins we got the paper. The employee said it would not work and that online purchases to her store and in person purchases are two seperate entities and her system cannot pull up my online purchase thus she could not credit me and she didn't come across as being very interested in doing anything. She never credited back my Core refund but she did give me a store credit. It should be noted on the autozone website that the store and online are totally two different business entities.

Every visit has been a good visit including the following: battery check, anti freeze purchase, alternator check, seafoam purchase, freon, and a variety of services for free. As an "senior" lady, car maintenance can be stressful, but these various checks help detect things and make car care more proactive. The staff has been attentive and helpful each time. I appreciate them

Didn't have what I needed. Tha associate did find us other AutoZones that did have it. We were on a time crunch so we're unable to go to them. We went to the O'REILLY'S across the street, they had 3 different brands in stock.
