My technician (Ricky) was very professional and did a wonderful job replacing the full pane glass in my door. Everything was excellent from beginning to end. I would definitely use them again!

Very disappointed!! Customer rep was rude and noncooperative. Found out that Their glass was most expensive in the area with no noticeable difference from others. Much better options available.

Best customer service in the game. Ordered a piece of glass and it was cut and ready for pickup in the same day. They left it outside for me to pickup after hours and I couldn’t find it. I called them and a manager drove up to the shop and helped locate the glass. The Binswanger Glass store on Battlefield in Chesapeake is top notch! Also, the glass fit perfectly!

Harold and Dan did a beautiful job for us. They came at the time they were scheduled for, did the work quickly, accurately, and effectively. They left the place spic and span. Certainly recommend them to anyone looking for shower door glass work.

We hired Binswanger to help fix our glass enclosed shower. There was a little bit of miscommunication about the best approach for fixing the issue. The service manager and installers were very patient, helpful, professional and ultimately we had a great outcome. I especially appreciated that the installation team took the time and effort to leave my shower and bathroom clean from their work. Again, great crew and great outcome.
