Went to see the difference between the 2025 Explorer Platinum and the ST models and David Cynar graciously pulled 4 different vehicles out for us to compare. There was no high pressure sales pitch. We ended up buying a blue ST thanks to David's help.

This is my forth car from Cavalier. One of the big reasons I return is because of how they treated my daughter. They did her right and did not try to take advantage of her. On this buy I was treated with the up most respect and like a friend verses a customer. I got a good price all the way around. Richard Sinclair was not pushy at all. Gave me tme to tall to my wife. Richard Hamilton in finance was very good and extremely knowledgeable and through. Took his time and explained everything as well was open to questions. Then Zach the GM, WOW this place has done nothing but better your as a leader in the Ford. I just bought a 2023 and love everything about it. If you are reading this and in the market go to Cavalier Ford. They will give you a fair price, a great car and most of all friendly service. I highly recommend Cavalier Ford.

My salesman Dave Cynar was definitely a contributing factor in this sale. He made sure this was the vehicle I was looking for. he was very helpful in making sure I was happy with the financing available to Us. The finance manager Rick was very informative about the warranties available to us. Both these guys were very great to work with. This is my second purchase from Cavalier ford, and if I get the opportunity for a third, Cavalier will be the place to go. I highly recommend Cavalier ford.

I've been a customer of Cavalier Ford Greenbrier since January 2010. I've purchased 4 vehicles there, 2 new and 2 pre-owned and have always gone there for any service. The staff has been professional at all times. My Pick-Up and Delivery Valet, Mark Turner, is awesome!
Based on my experiences, I'd highly recommend them.

Last week, my vehicle went in for a few issues and regular service. Cavalier Ford, especially service members Jenn and Mark, has restored my confidence in Ford dealerships. Their attentive service and effective solutions have been a stark contrast to the repeated issues and lack of resolution experienced at Beach Ford. If you're seeking reliable and customer-focused Ford service, Cavalier Ford stands out as a commendable choice. Stay tune! I would never use BEACH FORD ever again. Also, I am due back soon to have a review trans-axle section for issues, I look forward to repeated service. I generally do not give 5 stars, but my faith was restored.

I went to have the alignment done, especially for the front tires, because they were eating inwards, and I also did the rear alignment, the tires were almost new, they did not present any problem, I also bought them in May at discount tires , and within a month after the alignment, they ran out of both plus the spare. On paper you don't say anything about a damage or blow.
I went back this week to have the alignment rectified, and they told me that the axel was banged up, and that's why it was damaging the tires.
I haven't given it any blows, I'm the only one who handles it, and coincidentally after the alignment, it started to get damaged; I lost more than $1000 dollars on tires, but the ones I have to buy; I shouldn't have gone to that dealer, now I have a problem that I don't know where it came from, it's going to cost me not only to buy new tires, but also to see if the axel is really the problem or what happened, this is very strange.
I DO NOT recommend the service at all, look for another dealer.
(I'll let you know what happened after I go to another mechanic.

Our salesman, Bill, was kind, informative, and patient as we kept him well past closing to complete our purchase. The same was true of everyone we helped the process along the way. It was quick and efficient. We were very pleased!
